Pretty cool spot. I love that the windows open and the fresh air runs straight through the cafe

The only coffee I have found that doesn't upset my nervous system. I can enjoy an entire super delicious cup! GF muffins and breads are excellent ... staff is very friendly. Love my visits here!

Hands down, the best coffee I found in Washington during our week long vacation. It is a quirky place. Staff is great! I hope the cashier with the broken leg/foot is doing well! I was impressed to see her pushing through all of that to keep working and be so amazing with people who have never been in before. Coffee was smooth and rich and was happy to see that they roast their own beans! They remind me so much of Collectivo Coffee in my home state of Wisconsin. Cafe Vita made me feel like I was back home yet having an amazing first experience. Im excited to come back the next vacation we take there.

I am in here right now and I definitely will not be coming back. The service is ridiculous. I went up to the counter and asked if there was a Del Sol coffee and pointed at the one on the counter in the bag. The receptionist then looked at me strangely and responded "it's right there" and pointed to the bag. I can understand the misunderstanding, not a problem! My problem is that after I asked if there was one to drink here, she said "only espresso we have xxx on drip." I said I would have it. Now I don't know much about espresso so when she asked me if I could like "seltzer back" I had no idea what that meant and so I asked her saying "I don't know what that means". She responded really rudely that 'it's sparkling water you drink it before you have your espresso." I said "ok, I guess" at this point I have zero patience left. But I let it go and they got it ready for me. Once I got the espresso, I was feeling a little badly about being treated so rudely but I thanked the man who gave it to me and just tried to let it go. I don't drink it for a while because my contact slipped out and my eye was burning. I had to do some checking for work. In the background the rude receptionist and the man who gave me the coffee were talking really loudly about how when they go to a cafe they like to have the espresso right away and don't just let it sit there. I felt really badly. I mean, because of one misunderstanding they decide to make fun of customers? Maybe I was in the wrong a little as well; maybe the way I said something came across rudely and I'll accept that. But what kind of service is this? I refuse to be treated this way. Congrats on having the most pretentious staff who think they're above everyone. I certainly don't think I am above them but I like to be treated equally. Abhorrent service, man.

Really good coffee and cool baristas!

Very adequate neighborhood coffee shop. Great for a quick meeting. The coffee is ok (it's good, but not Seattle good; that goes to Vivace) and it has a good selection of baked goods from local bakeries. It's convenient and the staff is always quite friendly.

Well made espresso, bright airy space.

At this particular location, if you want juice, it is $8. Also they have maybe 1 to 2 savory food item/s available per day. The quiche is good but overpriced. So is everything else. Lovely place to work/hang out with fast service, but anything I purchase besides coffee/espresso feels like a ripoff.

One of my fave shops in the Wallingford/Fremont area. Cafe Vita was the first Seattle coffee shop I visited upon my arrival. We drove across the country for a whole week, slept on the floor our first night, and awoke on a mission to find great Seattle coffee - we did! The staff is always super friendly, the environment is great for work or socializing, the large windows give lots of light on sunny days, and they are dog friendly! And thr coffee is stellar. Melt my heart!

Great Americano, but not-so-friendly-to-a-newbie style service. I'm sure most of the people there are friendly. It was late in the day, man, what can you expect. We all got our stuff to deal with. Mine is learning how to order coffee at an espresso place.
