Armistice's new Roosevelt location is a very well designed coffee shop that cleverly integrates with the Lucille apartment building. I believe Board & Vellum architecture firm gets most of the credit for the interior, exterior, and landscaping design, so shout out to them. The coffee is just as good as at the Eastlake location, but now there is an expanded alcohol menu. I look forward to coming here on a cool evening to try out the firepit in the patio area.

Great ambiance for a coffee shop. Has nice outdoor seating. Generally quiet.

Great coffee AND open late?! I’m infatuated! I’m actually really picky about my coffee, especially when it’s not black, and these are the BEST iced vanilla lattes I’ve had. I also work late nights so it’s mega convenient for me that they’re open until 10pm

Barista was friendly and poured an excellent lavender latte. Highly recommend not only for the quality of the brew, but the quality of the staff.

Kind and authentic staff. Lovingly crafted cocktails. Posh atmosphere.

Coffee is good, nothing too special. Parking is hard and the chairs aren't too comfortable

Great place to get work done. Honestly, regretting putting you this review, cause I don’t want more people to start turning up here.

Mostly highly caffeinated blonde roasts— this place is great! Would recommend.

Great experience while working. You can get work done here and get coffee or cocktails. First place I’ve seen a cocktail and coffee bar. Super great vibes here in Seattle.
