Complaining about expired coupons isn’t bad customer service, ffs 🤦🏻‍♀️ Can we stick to the facts? How did your drinks turn out though?

Everyday coffee destination for me and my friend. Warm welcome by employees, Customizable coffee and reward card is my favorite.

Went to get my usual drink and they said they couldn’t make any blended drinks because it’s an hour before they close and they have to clean the blenders. so i left without buying anything. kind of disappointed

They expect you to not stand in line with the cars but on the side of the stand yet forget all about you and continue serving the drive through customers, ha!

They stand and talk to people and make the line super long when people behind them have places to be.

Love their service and of course their coffee!!!
