The casino is beautiful and clean. There are lots of slots machines to choose from. The beverages are also enjoyable, however, the machines were tight.

As nice as any strip casino in Las Vegas, Ilani is a relatively new casino built in 2017. It is completely non smoking and there's an abundance of dining options and many open table games and thousands of slots. The cocktail waitresses are plentiful and friendly along with most of the staff on the floor. IMO,their rewards program is the most generous Of all the casinos here in Washington State. My only complaint is that the machines are pretty tight and cashing out Freeplay winnings you can expect to get 20-30% if you are lucky. I don't see many jackpots but the ones I do see are always a max bet. Sometimes it is not so much about hitting it big. Having a great experience and creating memories is a concept the ilani casino has nailed . Can't wait till next time, even with the 2 hour drive!

It's a big casino, lots of slots cards & sports betting the staff is friendly. They even have a gift store & a variety of food to choose from. If yr passing by on I-5 just north of Vancouver stop on in.

Well it wasn't a very lucky trip but the staff was great, the drinks were great overall had a really fun time here.

The main gaming floor is non-smoking which is a real contrast with other native American casinos we've been to. For non-gamblers like us it's still an interesting place to stop, a number of interesting bars and dining options.

This pl is a joke!!!! Went to the seafood restaurant ordered a $28 dinner 30 minutes later asked the manager where is my beer he said I can't serve you anymore @ this meal is on me!! I walked out went to there steak house ordered a steak @ beer!! Down side it cost $107!! Also there is no semi parking!!

Place tried to scam me on a bet placed, their vouchers can only be used a certain way, dealer didnt know, allowed bet but only paid 1/5th of payout, id save your money and go elsewhere. There is a reason they are being investigated criminally.

All around, the majority of the staff is very personable and friendly; the beverage servers always have a smile for me; the day of the Storm on February 22nd 2023 I got stranded there, the full experience of having the full staff go out of their way when they saw I was having a hard time because I was unable to get home, Ilani staff stepped up and went out of their way to to get me a ride home and meals to eat, a shout out to Alvena, Sara and Tina in the food court and the two security staff that made sure I got a ride home. Thank you all for not making me feel bad for crying, you truly went above and beyond in your service. I appreciate your patience and kindness.
