Southern Belles Espresso

I ordered food and drinks through uber eats and everything was good and the food was great but I ordered a single biscuits and gravy and a double and the double had less gravy then the single. The double had maybe two spoons of gravy while the single was floating in gravy that had gotten all over the bag of food. Almost no gravy on the double was very good food just not enough for what I paid for.

Staff was very apologetic for the wait when the car in front of me irdered several blendid drinks. Also, best white chocolate iced americano I have had since moving to the Tri 5 years ago!!!

Worst. Door Dashed 2 drinks. Both drinks were wrong and both tasted horrible. Wasted 17 dollars. Tried to call 3 times, no one answered and voice-mail wasn't set up.

I stopped in for sugar free options, as Starbucks only offers sugar free in vanilla or cinnamon which is stupid! Anyways, I loved my coffee drink! With any flavor in sugar free! Which is great! Probably one of the best I have ever had. And the staff is friendly and welcoming. My new favorite go to place!!

First time ordering from here... DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!. Iced chai tea is so far the best out of all the chais I have tried. And love the White coffee

One of my favorite go to coffee shops, especially on lazy Sundays where I want to get coffee and then wash the car. With the new bridge, the location is a little inconvenient because the exit is right turn only, but the staff and quality make up for that. Their custom flavor combinations are also pretty rad!

I ordered espresso on doordash.. I ordered 2...32 oz drinks with 5 shots ... I drink quite a bit of a scresso but I thought I would Try theirs since they deliver.. Big mistake. Instead of 32 oz I got 24 each and then also do not think there were 4 full shots in them definitely not 5.. As an espresso drinker I know what 4 shots tastes like. When I called they told me to contact doordash
.SERIOUSLY? they didn't even offer 2 free drinks nothing I got short shotted ..PAID FOR 5 SHOTS 33 OZ. DRINKS...I would not recommend this place at all

I usually love this coffee shop, but my mom and I were very disappointed with the service yesterday. The girl working (around 3:30 pm) was incredibley rude and didn't smile one time. Customer service is HUGE for me. A smile and friendly service goes a long way.

Tried all over the Tri-Cities for a good Heath mocha big train. Found a great one at Southern Belles. They will make drinks not on their menu! My dog is treated well like I am on every visit. Their traffic will increase once Dupertail Bridge opens.

Great drinks at good prices. With only one person working the stand at a time it can be a little slow and the line can build up a bit, but the drinks are worth it and the girls working there are always really friendly!
