Mercurys Coffee Co. - Redmond-Fall City Rd

Lovely staff, quick pull through times, wide selection of items for snacks, organic coffee. It's a staple place.

Been coming to Mercury's for a few years almost daily. Their coffee and service are always top notch. Anything you get will be good. Thanks for having so many alternative milk options! My only complaint is that I'm moving cross country soon and can't take Mercury's with me. Let me know if you ever want to franchise LOL

The coffee is decent (this stand doesn't always mix their drinks as well as the other locations). The wait is the issue. This stand in particular almost always has a very long wait; it's a drive through, but they average 7-10 minutes per car. I need to be sure to have an extra 30+ minutes to spare if I'm going to stop at this stand.

I had been expecting this location to turn around and get it together but as of yesterday I'm completely done and will just go to the one in samamish. The barista acted like a spoiled brat not to mention a child and simply did not care about anything relating to me. She argued with me about my drink and wouldn't explain why she was being super defensive and difficult. Maybe stop hiring bratty children for this location? All the others are fine!

This place has a great staff. Always friendly, knowledgeable, hustling. Not the easiest place to spot, the building is tucked away and a little hidden. All of thier tea taste great, smoothies are awesome as well, not a coffee drinker so I cannot give opinions. They do serve 100% Organic coffee for those who are into organics.

Usually I love this place, last 2 times when I ordered hot chocolate it wasn't even warm, tasted like just plain milk, latte we ordered was bad too, we just couldn't even drink those.

I don't really like coffee too much, but I will gladly accept it and go out of my way whenever I'm craving some coffee! Definitely would recommend the blended section of the menu too!

Most of the time I get a good coffee. But one time I got double sweet instead of half. Depends on the barista.

Not the customer service I'm used to :( They seemed busy and not focused on me. Coffee was also not how it normally tastes.
