I just moved into the area and am so fortunate to have found a cafe that actually cares about their shot quality. My decaf Americano is perfect everytime! Great pastry and breakfast options too.

Ordered Cafe Stefano. Too sweet for me. Avocado toast was alright, basic but expensive. I sat outside because there was limited seating. They brought the toast to me but asked to pick up the coffee from the bar inside, by myself. Now do I leave my toast and bag outside while I go pick up the coffee? Or do I carry them all inside and come out again? Coffee was ready few minutes after toast was brought to me. I would've been fine to pick up both of them myself AT THE SAME TIME.

I love this place, but recommended going in the morning and not afternoon especially to get the bakery items. Try cafe Stefano with oat milk.

Their toast is to DIE for! Their coffee is also very unique and really good. I’ve never tried their pastries but they look really good and they always sell out of them! I love the atmosphere here and always come to study and/or catch up with friends :)

Cappuccino Fredo on a sunny day is 👌👌👌
Also don't miss out on their cronuts! And make sure you get them warmed up :)

This is one of my favorite coffee places around Redmond. I come here more often than I probably should since it's nearby - my favorite drinks here are the Milk, Honey Cinnamon latte (it's best iced, not as great hot), and the Cafe Steffano (this one is better hot than iced).
Despite this being one of my favorite coffee places, I took off a star mostly because the coffee is a little inconsistent. When certain baristas make my drink, it's one of the best lattes I've ever had, but with others it tends to be pretty mediocre -- I've had Steffano lattes which taste like they forgot all the syrups, and ones where they added way too much orange. I have good experiences much more than bad, which is why I still go to Five Stones.
I also have found that Five Stones takes a bit longer than other coffee places in the area. I don't really mind since I know ahead of time that I'll be waiting 10-15 minutes for my drink, but it is something to be aware of. A majority of the time I get a drink here, I wait that long and am told "thanks for waiting" as if it wasn't a common occurrence.

Fantastic new discovery! My friends kept recommending this place and finally took me and my was it busy and bustling on the weekend. We ordered the Cafe Stefano hot and iced and they were both delicious. I preferred the iced version since it gave more of a refreshing flavor and the orange zest complimented the coffee flavor really nicely. Seating is limited at this cafe so I wouldn't really suggest it as a working joint unless you like to be right next to people while working. The staff is super helpful and friendly and they have some really nice looking pastries which I'll have to try next time. Coffee here is regularly priced compared to Starbucks with $5 for a latte.
*Street parking is available but limited but its a short 10min walk from the old downtown area if you prefer to park there or the surrounding areas also has strip mall parking.

Our family loves everything about 5 Stones! Especially love the collaboration of speciality coffee with the hospitality that they will make really whatever you want, ingredients provided, even if you’re not into coffee.

One of the best lattes I’ve had in Redmond so far.
