I took my drink to go. My Coconut milk mocha was perfect!

Terrible service, lots of employees but poor communication, poor system, did not serve food and drinks in order. We were a party of 7 and some were served in a timely fashion but 4 of us after waiting over 30 min had to ask about our orders they had forgotten or something. Others were coming back also asking for their orders as they noted that people behind them in line we getting served before them too. Very chaotic they need better training. Have NEVER had an experience like this at the Sunrise Medical location but they closed on the weekends.
Won’t go to the Sunrise Village location again.
Employees nice but train them please!

So disappointing. My boyfriend and I would try this location intermittently but they always just got worse. We've spent 15 minutes waiting in line with only 1 car in front of us. We've both gotten the incorrect coffee before with no chance to go back in and fix it. Employees were without masks throughout the height of the pandemic which shows complete lack of empathy for employees and customers alike.

Today we went for a coffee frap and a cold brew. Almost $5 for a cold brew that was literally chocolate powder and milk. No coffee and the powder was left in chunks at the bottom of my cup. Disgusting and so freaking disappointing. Will be the last time we go to any Anthem location, ever.

Gotta change my review from a 2 star to a 4 star, here’s why. I’ve visited this location several times after writing my review and things have improved greatly. My order has been perfect and the wait time has improved. I will say that the drive through is much much faster.
There’s never any consistency here at this location. Either our coffee is too sweet, to milky or the wrong coffee is made. There front door says There’s a mask mandate but like most places, the mask is worn as a chin hammock or just mocked some sort of way. I only mention mask in my review for those who care. The two stars are for my last visit, 20 Dec 21. I ordered (1)16oz Americano and it turned out to be some sort of latte. I realized that it was a latte 5 min down the road. The wait for coffee is pretty ridiculous every time we order in store also. We were the only customers inside and at some point you ask yourself, how long has it been? I understand it’s a weird season with Covid and all but man do it seem like the drive thru moves faster.

Went to get 2 coffees and there was nobody in the drive thru or indoors. I was told would be about 5 minutes. Then about 2 minutes in a couple came in and placed order. About 10minutes later the couple that came after me got their drinks so I went up to the front to make sure they know. Am still there and with the 2 employees still
took another 10min. I was trying to be patient but finally got the drinks. Not sure what the thought process was to help people out of order especially with no customers except myself and another couple (lost order??) but come on, 2 employees took 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Not sure how still in business but will not return!

I’ve come here pretty regularly, usually from 6am-8. Really peaceful and love that crew. But I think I’m gonna find a new shop. Come outside of those hours or when they get busy, the baristas are noticeably distressed. Often shouting out orders, creating a real stressful environment.

I would NEVER recommend the drive through. Every time I’ve come, whether it is no cars, or 4 cars. I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes. I think they aren’t understaffed, just disorganized. Might want to take a page out of starbucks book.

We were looking for a quick and easy lunch and found the perfect place in Clary's Cafe. Our waitress was friendly and fast and the food was very good. For a quick and reasonably priced meal check out Clary's Cafe!!!

Wait till you get your order before you tip when ordering inside. Only inside customer and waited 20 minutes while they serviced and flipped profits from drive through. Customers not important-it’s getting those orders in and cash received as fast as possible through drive-thru. A few weeks ago I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and thought it was a fluke. Apparently this how they treat customers. Deeply regret ordering coffee and tipping because my time is valuable and for no customers to be ordering from inside and taking this long is pure rude and selfish. I will be selfish back and say please don’t tip until you get your order when ordering from inside.

Great coffee and a delightful assortment of munchies to go with it. They do change out some of their pastries so I can't guarantee they will have the brownies I am absolutely obsessed with.

Great coffee drinks. They do get very busy so I would not advise coming if you are crunched for time.
