Coffee is pretty good, and service is spectacular. I would give them five stars if they were open on Mondays, which is the day I normally forget to bring my own coffee in the morning.

This is a beautiful little cozy Cafe. The PERFECT place to do homework, their drinks are delicious, and their food is amazing. Easily my favorite Cafe in Pullman, may be my favorite Cafe in the world.

Love the hot chocolate! The doggy off lease area was great for my Larbradoole, Charlie. He got to play while we waiting for our drinks. We will be there a lot when we can done in.

Always love coming here with my two dogs. The staff has always been so kind and helpful. The vibe is very low key and the fact that you could get coffee or a cougmosa (or both depending on the day) is really my kind of place!

Pups and Cups was a malnourished puppy that later turned into a healthy playful dog.
This place wasn’t much when it first opened up, but over time this restaurant took the initiative to improve. It has transformed from a mediocre coffee shop to a second home for people that love their coffee and pets. They have included more (staff)pets, decorations, unique drinks, and most importantly loyal customers over the past year. Their coffee is decent and the atmosphere makes it feel warm and homey. I have only had their coffee so I can’t input how their food is like. The only downside to this is; (Warning): You may be taken hostage for belly rubs or head scratches. Or worse, you may be bamboozled for some treatos.

The food is delicious. I find their prices reasonable for what you get. You can bring your pet with you and they have an off-leash area in the back. My biggest issue is that I found it to be a bit loud when it is busy. But definitely worth a visit.

You can have coffee with your best friend. Great atmosphere, strong wifi, and they have vegan coffee options. I didn't check for vegan food options.

Amazing coffee and food!!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Local businesses rock! Get all of their tea from Sam's Apothecary (Yum!). Dog muffins, dog cupcakes, dog art, fun-themed drinks, convenient location. Five stars!

The go-to place to work, great selection of drinks and some good food too, lots of pups coming in on any given day, and an unlimited drip coffee deal perfect for those of us leaning on otherwise-crippling caffeine addictions to get through school!
