Coffee is ok.
I usually get a bagel, and for some reason they think it's a good idea to put the napkin in the bag with the bagel. So, I always have a greasy napkin.
People change with the college seasons.
One person didn't like that I paid in cash one day, or so I assume because when they handed me back my change, coins fell out of her hand (she poured them in my hand, instead of making sure I could capture them), and most of them slid out of my hand onto the ground, and she just walked away. Sure it was like 23 cents, but it was the attitude about it.
Think I'm done going there.
