They seriously have the best chia tea latte I have ever had!!!! I would keep coming back just for that! It’s sooooo good. The location is prefect it’s easy to find. The employee was so kind and fast. 100% recommend and 100% will come again.

Please learn how to make a matcha latte. The matcha powder was not mixed in and caked on the bottom of the drink. After asking them to mix it correctly, they said they did their best. So gross I couldn't mix it myself and had to toss it out.

Great coffee place in Paulsbo!

Great Gibraltar, and only ten bucks for a whole pound of beans??! I'm used to paying $22 for 12oz on the other side of the Sound! Viking Brew features a fast and friendly barista. Definitely make this your first stop for coffee in Poulsbo!

Rich mocha very smooth, delicious and delightful. Mercedes and her awesome service could not make it any better. Top notch.

Delightful coffee spot in Poulsbo offering solid espresso and a nice cold brew on nitro. Hits the spot when you’re in need of a pick me up. Can get busy in the morning, after work and on the weekends when the tourists are out and about. B-/B

We ordered a white on white and a hot mythical mocha both were very good. The gentleman that made our coffee did a great job and gave us some info on the local area as well.

We love Viking coffee! Any time we go to Poulsbo we stop in. We all love their brew. The baristas all know their way around a cup of java, and it's always worth getting a cup when you're in town. They moved to a bigger shop than the little corner stand they started in, so check that out. Their roast itself is really good, with a lot of flavor to it. We were there over the weekend, and when my daughter found out, she asked me to pick her up a bag of beans. She's stationed with the Navy on the east coast and can't get it there. So a care package with a bag of Viking Java is headed to Virginia this week.

Viking Brew has quickly become a new favorite since they moved into their new space. Coffee is delicious. Baristas still feel like they're getting used to a new space/system but the ambience and good coffee make up for all that.

These guys are pulling pretty tasty espresso shots, better than you typically expect in a small town. Goes well with a butterhorn from Sluys bakery around the corner.
