Great coffee and service. Everything is fresh and is located near the water. Has outdoor seating and they are very aware about wearing masks and doing what is needed to keep everybody safe.

I got an Americano and it was excellent. This place has a great view of the bay and the pastries looked good and had some gluten-free options although I did not partake so can't render judgment on that. I would gladly return here because the coffee was good service was snappy and friendly and there's a nice atmosphere. Only struggle is parking.

I enjoy this coffee shop as it has some great character and a beautiful view of the bay. There is also a patio outside with a great view of the water. I enjoy asking what their special coffee drink is, as they tend to have some fun creations like their curry latte. They also have a small, but nice food selection that rotates.

Great coffee and a nice atmosphere. There's a beautiful view of the bay in the back of the coffeehouse through their large windows and cozy seating to enjoy your drink. I definitely recommend their lavender lemonade on a hot day.

Literally best coffee place in Kitsap. Delicious coffee and homemade syrups. I got the tuna sandwich :3 Berry yummy. Thank you so much!

Great personalized service with a nice view of river.

Great place to hang out, friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly, my pup loved sitting under my chair while we lunched. Didn't have coffee but had a iced drink (creamsicle) that was delicious. Recommend!

Really not that fantastic.

Coffee is not made with care (shots are not weighed, meaning espresso is inconsistently over or under-extracted). Customer service varies based on who is working. The owner or manager has always come across as territorial about “his” space. One time, an employee told me to leave because I chose to take a seat first before ordering coffee...um, what?

While the view is great and the cafe space seems like a nice place to relax for a while, the tone of a well-run customer service establishment is truly set by how hospitable the environment is, how the staff engage with customers, and the overall service provides to a customer. Many people often forget that customer service speaks to how well you provide service to a customer. And unfortunately, Poulsbohemian has never been that place for me.

I really do hope this can be heard with ears that are willing to receive an honest critique about real experiences 👍🏻
