Best View and great coffee. At the end of Water Street and tucked into a corner of the Wooden Boat Museum, Velocity has a great PT vibe.

Coffee is well made, on tempature and there are lots of options from pour-overs to the Cardamom latte. Service is warm and friendly, they put sprinkles on my daughter's steamer in the shape of a heart. Nice seating and great views of Admiralty Inlet behind glass or in the summer on the patio. Worth a stop.

Velocity has excellent coffee! Their beans are of the highest quality and make very good coffee as a pourover. I had 2 honey process beans, and both types of beans made excellent pourovers.

Velocity coffee... Wow! A multi-roaster cafe with the best bagels around. Fast, friendly service. Just a class operation. Their vanilla latte is the bomb! They make their vanilla and chocolate syrup from scratch. The real deal Holyfield coffee shop. Give'em a try.

The venue is exceptional because there are three entrances (ideal on a windy day). Of all the coffee bars in this town this one is the most useful for meeting with a group of people. If you show up around 10 your most likely to be able to make plans or whatever floats your goat!

Best cup of coffee I have ever had on the road. I have roasted my own coffee for a decade, so I know a medium roast Kenya should have a a berry-like character. This cup did, and wow it was nice. They use roasts from Olympia that are neither too old or two young, they are spot on when flavor peak. If you roast your own and are disappointed with most coffee, you won't be disappointed here!

So it turns out that this adorable shop served me the best soy latte if ever had. I was visiting from Florida. The two gents that were working were very cool and made my daughter in law and myself perfect lattes. I wish I could go there more!

Expert level baristas, delicious coffee, fair trade beans with a variety of locations, seasonal beans purchased from small growers. This is high quality and eco friendly. If you're not a charbucks fan or actually like the taste of coffee from different locations of the world? This is the place for you!

Perfectly located little coffee place, yummy pastries and good coffee. They even have oat milk and Big Truck.

I had the BeeSting, and it was delicious! The two guys working were very nice and helped my friend pick out a drink. The inside seating was closed, but there is seating outside overlooking the water!
