The Blackbird Coffeehouse

Had coffee in more the a few places around Port Angeles Washington. This place by far has the best coffee. Wonderful staff and pastries.

Vanilla Chai latte partially filled and tasted funky. Co-worker's blended white mocha looked good, but tasted burnt, and the whipped cream tasted like sour cream. Long wait for subpar product. First time visiting this place. Wish it were a better experience. I will try once more, because it's a local spot, but if it were a Starbucks, or Such Bros I'd nix em from my list of good coffee spots.

The food was amazing- the coffee was mediocre

We were visiting town and decided to stop in. We waited ~10 minutes at the counter, meanwhile the employee did not even greet us. They were not busy, there was one guy sitting in the back on his laptop and one couple. The employee walked passed up (without looking to speaking to us) and delivered their sandwich. The employee then went behind the counter and began making their drinks, again without looking at us or greeting us. Meanwhile, she was having conversation with another employee that was toward the back of the coffee shop. Neither employee greeted us, we walked out after waiting 10-15 minutes.

We then went to Bella Rosa and were greeted with smiling kind people and got our coffee quicker than it took to write this post.

Coffee is spot-on, quiche is fluffy and delightful, and the ladies behind the counter greet you warmly. It's a simple and unassuming place, not pretentious at all. As a tourist coming in I felt immediately welcome.

Kindest staff ! Very efficient and quick despite how busy they were. Very thankful to have stopped by such a delicious coffee shop staffed by such helpful and kind people.

Awesome coffee!! The barista was very friendly and even made us a fresh batch of coffee even though we arrived an hour before closing time. Also had a nice selection of tasty pastries.

When I lived in Port Angeles I used to stop in and get the artichoke sandwich after work. There are a lot of healthy options and some sweet treats as well. The only negative thing about this place is that I once stood at the counter waiting for well over 5 minutes.

Very cute coffee house. We were in from Chicago visiting family and wanted a real deal Washington coffee house. Black bird did not disappoint, had a great vanilla latte and a great sandwich! Thanks Blackbird.

Good coffee, friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, and delicious food. One of my favorite places in town and definitely my favorite coffee shop. The drive through is also convenient.
