Not bad, but definitely not a Perfect Cup. Got 2 white chocolate mochas for my wife and I. Not hot so much as warm, though I understand why they wouldn't want to make them too hot. Flavor-wise, it was okay. Overall, definitely not worth the $8+.

The coffee is great but honestly the people working do not want to be working there. What I mean by that is they seem generally displeased at the presence of customers and have zero interaction with them, I simply can’t go there because there is zero customer service

Quality espresso drinks absolutely no question. Friendliness and service quality really depends on who you end up with. Some of the baristas are extremely friendly, some are unbelievably cold. Regardless I will always love this place as it offers some of the best coffee in town.

The baristas are okay. Really hit and miss. Can sometimes come off as stand off ish. But understandable as they deal with tons of people a day.
Their prices are awesome, but the coffee itself is so meh. Sometimes it is so so good, and others it is so bad that I just have to throw it away.

I found the manager so awfully rude. She's rude to her other employees, rude to customers (unless you frequent there), and generally does not care about the quality of service or product.
One of the baristas said "I'd be so embarrassed if I only left a 50¢ tip" You shouldn't say that in front of any customer.
Another didn't rinse the shot glasses.
The last time I was there I waited a full 2 minutes before driving away, in which I had saw someone walking to the window when I was too far past. 2 minutes sn't a long time, but it is when you see no sign of anyone being there despite it being open.

The women who work here are very friendly, but the drinks are very inconsistent. I get the same thing every time (white chocolate mocha) and 3/5 times it's bad and I end up throwing it away.

I used to love this place, but the employees do not wear masks despite the mask mandate in effect. Don't go here if you care at all about ending the pandemic and protecting your loves ones. I gave them a second and third chance thinking it may just be certain employees, but no. Every employee has been maskless every time. Shame on this business, it's disgusting to shirk food safety precautions in this line of business.

Every time I go to this coffee stand I’ve always had a good experience girls are always respectful, got my self a blueberry toasted marshmallow steamer with a shot of espresso and it’s amazing. I will definitely be back more often I’m a happy camper now.

After being a fairly loyal customer for over 16 years, they completely messed up my drink and it was only two-thirds of the way full. When I went back they said they would make it right but proceeded to charge me for it. I asked why they charged me when it wasn't my mistake. I didn't even order it, I just told them what happened. She said that they don't give out free drinks, that's just the way the owner is. Loyalty means nothing and their mistakes aren't corrected without a charge. They have messed up my drink multiple times and I have rarely complained. I'm always pleasant and I always tip. So long. It was okay while it lasted, but never, ever again willl I spend money there. There are plenty of coffee shops with better service and better coffee around here.
