This place is awkward to get to, but worth it! Best pup cup around!

Veggie panini was really good and came out in less than 10 mins. Coffee is normal hipster cafe coffee, but they have a ton of options. Staff were friendly. Comfortable and clean.

Always great service, coffee, and snacks. We especially love the croissant sandwiches on weekends! Update: not quite the same after some recent staffing changes and turnover.

I come here honestly ... mostly for the sandwiches. I am not a big coffee drinker but I do love the Bagels and the employees are always friendly.
Down fall. I do not like the loyalty program. I mean obviously I like free stuff but I switched phone numbers which is your "loyalty number" and it was difficult to split stuff up so that I could still redeem my reward and put the rest of the credit towards another card or "my new number" the other flaw with this, is that the loyalty number (your phone number) is linked to the cards you use. So not only was it difficult to break the bill but, the debit card I was going to use is linked with my old number and by using that card I would have started the rewards over on the old number not the new. This is kind of inconvenient and I wish I knew a way to change it. Maybe the change has to do with 'square' the app they use for payment. Not really sure, if they fixed this ... hands down a 5 star place.!
Mind you.. this is not a deal breaker ^^^ just not with the times and difficult especially trying to figure it out in the drive through which i was forced to do because of parking and something about free pizza next door. So I apologize to the cars behind me and the employees who had to deal with me and the possible frustrated customers stuck in drive through because of me.

The nicest people ever! My family has been going here since they first opened up. All my friends too. They have vegan options as well! :)

Coffee was good. Sandwich was OK, but they committed a cardinal sin with me. I've only visited once and I'm a sample size of one of course, but they got my order wrong (asked for no tomato and they included tomato) and upon realizing this they just tossed off the tomatoes, leaving tomato slime on my sandwich and all over the box it came in. Not a big deal to most but if you really dislike an ingredient enough to ask for it to be left off, this isn't the greatest outcome.
They do make a good cup of coffee and the cashier was friendly. The points off are for the sandwich makers in the back.

I commute to Seattle and every day I stop at UCC first. They are friendly, fast and the entire menu is quality. My coffee orders (that change frequently) are always correct, fresh and so yummy! Everything I have ever ordered: sandwiches & pastries are fresh and tasty.
The staff is SUPER nice - always asking how I am and wishing me well. A customer locked their keys out of their car and one of the barista's LOANED her car so the customer could go get keys! Who does that?! I'll tell you who - the bad a$$ employees at UCC.
Also during the pandemic they are masked up and offer contactless pay options. All in all I am so loyal to this company - just a class act all around.

Had an iced London fog, it tasted great!

My daughter and I have been coming to Urban City Coffee since 2015. Why? It's simple: the staff. With as many customers arriving every hour of the day, for their routine in "drink and be merry", the crew have always given their true daily thoughts, honest and open dialogue and realism with every cup. For me this cafe is a true testament of profound individuals, operating an establishment, that provides great coffee and friendship.

This place has the BEST cinnamon roll I have ever had. I think the barista told me they don't have them everyday and I know the cinnamon rolls sell out fast. I don't like the coffee (tastes bitter/burnt to me) but the pastries are OUT of this world. I'll go back.
