i was absolutely disturbing with the experience that i had at this coffee shop. as i was drinking my coffee and ready to go all of a sudden the police arrived and told me to leave and give me a restriccion order to sign. immediately i was shocked because of the situation and felt driscriminated by how i was treated in front of the whole shop. i personally believe that this was a racial discrimination tours a person of color by the staff in the shop that was a very traumatizing experience. i don't recommend this place.

Oh my- they make their London Fog with CREAM. Divinely indulgent. Nice Monster Cookie heated up too. Pretty soft seating by a fireplace that doesn't produce any heat and free wi-fi. Losing a star from me because 16 oz is the largest ceramic serve ware available. Guess I’ll need to order another 😉

The service is always fast and friendly. However, the portions they give you on their food items is ridiculous. My breakfast burrito was tasteless and more tortilla than anything else.

Great coffee, great food, great people. They took good care to do a special, specific food request which I appreciate.

I really like this chain! The coffee is always great and the atmosphere is right up my alley. Woodsy, classy, comfortable, and cozy.

Clumsy order process; $10.65 got me a rubbery burrito I couldn’t finish and a barely hot latte - single shot when double was ordered - wishing I would have went to Panda Express as intended but when I got off the freeway and saw them I thought okay COFFEE and was woo’d by the brand. Also we are in covid days when are businesses going to catch up? How many people touched that tired clip board and pen that she tried to hand to me and to further the point she’s handing out food and handling the ancient payment process but this is not exclusive to woods - it’s everywhere. Yuck!! I’m getting more and more unnerved by the lack of awareness of cross contamination in the food industry.

Hands down my favorite coffee stop. Great flavor and they have heavy cream. The parking lot is hard to maneuver in. Pedestrians be aware.

It's a nice chain restaurant in the Bellingham area I hope they continue to expand south. They are essentially like Starbucks but more trendy and more applicable to the Pacific Northwest.
