College Way BigFoot Java

Disclaimer: When I make coffee at home I weigh it in grams, and use a precise water temperature, blah blah blah. For all you normal people, you'll like it. That's why I gave it 5 stars. If you like Charbucks, you'll love Big Foot even better. The staff are very friendly and professional. I've never had a grumpy staff member, at any Big Foot locstion! Give them a shot! Well, go there to get your shots! 😏

Great coffee, decent price, nice people. Have returned several times and never been anything other than immensely pleased.

Stopped in to grab a coffee, because my bank card didn’t have a chip I was not able to pay for my coffee I had ordered. I commented that the company was
“ gonna loose money “ ( in a polite manner) because they couldn’t process payment after the barista, she then said in a rude tone an pointed at the sign in very small print on the window that explained Bigfoot java only accepted chipped cards. Immediately following, In a condescending demeanor I watched her throw the drink in the trash. In my not so humble opinion Bigfoot would still have a customer down the road. After this experience decided I’ll take my money to the small mom and pop coffee stands.
Would’ve been wise of the barista to just give me the drink instead of wasting it.

Only take special "chip" cards and won't take $50's or $100's and were VERY RUDE about it. I WILL FIND A DIFFERENT COFFEE SHOP THAT WANTS MY BUSINESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT FROM A PLACE I HAVE BEEN GOING FOR 5 YEARS.

The ladies who work here are the best! Super friendly and fast service. And the drinks are always really well made.

Best coffee ever! I’m usually not a fan of coffee so I dont have a set place to go. I’ve tried the same drink at multiple places and after trying it here, this is my place! Staff is nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend

I waited in line 45 minutes to pick up a doordash order there were two cars in front of me on my side two cars on the other side only one girl working the counter I said are you by yourself today? she said no everyone else is in the back doing something whatever that means and whatever that is it's not good for business very very disappointed unbelievable customer service

The girls who work here are very friendly, professional and make my drink perfect every day before I go to work. Either I come by in the morning or i come by in the afternoon, both crews are awesome.
