Mixed Coffee Mill Creek

Absolutely love this place! The staff is awesome and the drinks are wonderful. They also play avatar the air bender on the tube while you wait! What else can you ask for?

I was in the Seattle, Mill Creek area and went to this café while visiting family in the area. They highly recommended this cool coffee shop, and I was seriously delighted!

The service was laid back, professional and friendly. And I truly love what they are trying to do spreading and sharing the welcoming diversity message and community engagement. We need more of this in our country and our world for that matter. Bravo for taking this stance, Mixed Coffee!
As for the café food, tea and coffee offerings...they recommended some food that was AMAZING! We ordered the Pan de Yucca with and without bacon...they were both SO yummy! These are a MUST TRY when you're in the Mill Creek area. I may fly back to Seattle just for those Pan de Yuccas! :D
We also had a few of the croissants, which were also SO fresh, airy and tasty, the way I remember the croissants in Paris! For real.
The drinks we had were equally yum. We tried one of the teas and a coffee drink, and both were excellent and definitely worth a try.

On a side note, I also liked that they were requiring masks and proof of vaccination to dine in. I'm of course vaccinated, but it made me feel much better knowing I was less likely to get the virus and pass it on to someone else who might be at risk. So bravo again!

Needless to say, this place really put a smile on my face in many ways, and I even returned the next day to grab some takeout for the road. I highly highly recommend trying Mixed Coffee in Mill Creek even if you must drive past a few Starbucks coffees to get to Mill Creek. It's definitely worth it. Just try the Pan de Yucca, and you won't regret it. Actually, whatever you get, I'm sure will be great based on my experience with what I had...I do have one gripe with Mixed...it's that they don't have one in my city, Atlanta!! Hint, hint... :P

Environment is SUPER welcoming and the staff is all so friendly! I don’t usually like teas but I have to say I love Mixed’s teas especially the Firebender Tea! The food amazing!! The pan de yuca is my personal favorite, such a great light snack for the on the go person. Definitely enjoy working on work in the cafe rather than at home. This will be my regular from now on!!!

Mixed will definitely be my new go-to place. Their tea-blend drinks are creative, tasty combinations and hit the spot. The pan de yuca is very authentic and super yummy. I love the welcoming space with art made by local BIPOC artists and the service was friendly and speedy. I'm looking forward to going back again!

Mixed is a business run by an amazing local family. Really happy to have this place on the Eastside. Both for the treats and the community connection.

What to try first? The folks there told me that the beef empanadas were the best but honestly my fav were the smoky, savory spinach empanadas. My kids loved the pan de yuca that I brought home.

The last time I visited was in June for the soft opening. Looking forward to going again, trying the expanded menu, and viewing the art!!!

This cozy coffee shop has some unique twists - Ecuadorian chocolate in their coffee drinks and treats like pan de yuca and tripegi egg bites. Not to mention their delicious tea selection. All so good! It's worth checking out for yourself. I also love seeing the assortment of art pieces on display. Their located right next to Elliott Bay Pizza and Indigo urgent care.

Terrible service once my order was placed it took a very long time to get my food and then the girls were too busy flirting with a guy that came in, that I don't know who they called my order out too. I was sitting at a very close table to the counter and I had already asked about my food. The place was practically empty. Should have read the last reviews, not worth the discrimination. It's called social distancing and what I went through and their thoughts on vaccines vs customer satisfaction all add up to sorry but no thanks.

Ive only been here two times since Mixed Coffee’s grand opening, it has easily become my favorite spot- from coffee, teas, ice cream, and baked treats this place has it all. Most importantly, this space provides positive energy for BIPOC, and LGBT. Slam dunk of a place to have near by.

What a warm and welcoming hangout spot. We were there for opening day, which was BONKERS (I’m happy to report) ; with all the chaos and first day issues, Savannah and the staff were nothing but kind, patient with each other and the customers, and looked like they were genuinely having fun. I had a delicious iced tea latte and my kid had the smoothie. Both were equally tasty.

And can we talk about the food???

I had the Cubano sandwich and pan de yuca. Delicious doesn’t even come close ... My stomach is growling just thinking about it.

I will happily stop by Mixed every time I’m in Mill Creek!!

I've been going to Mixed since their soft openings in May and I have to say—without a doubt—this is the most dedicated business to providing a quality and, in my opinion, unforgettable experience in every aspect of your visit. The smoothest coffee imaginable (you will NEVER want sbux again). With in-house made decadent whipped cream, mouth-wateringly authentic Cuban sandwiches and pan de yuca, and more, corners aren't cut on flavor. Perfectly brewed teas and coffee (and bespoke Italian sodas for those with a particularly voracious sweet tooth), a variety of savory and sweet foods, and a warm and homey atmosphere with local art for sale and display make it hard to want to leave. I love being a regular here, and I hope you can come down and experience this soul-nourishing spot for yourself! 💜💜💜 All my love to the Jacksons and the whole Mixed crew!!!!
