Today my guy went to get us drinks as a treat. I sent him this message "Sugar-free White Coffee Haystack- Drinkable temp like 135°". When he got to my place, I noticed my drink was not white coffee. I sent a facebook message and ended up chatting directly with the Owner. Not only did she make it right but she went up and beyond! Offered to bring it if I was nearby, gave me a replacement and my next cup! This is more than I expected! Thank you SO much! I've had good experiences here before and we will continue to support this local small business! Slightly out of the way but honestly the best drinks and friendly, knowledgeable crew! Lotus drinks, Coffee, and Italian sodas are my favorites, just to name a few of their options! Thank you so much!!!

Sig is the sweetest! She’s a huge reason why I continue to come by almost daily! And She makes the best drinks!

I wish I could give a higher rating here. Since they changed ownership, it is lacking in uniformity of my coffee. I like Thomas Hammer coffee, but this location is not up to snuff.

The girls who work here are great. I see there’s new management but our experiences have always been positive. Both myself and my daughter drive out of our way to get coffee here. In fact my daughter stops on her way to school most days.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. I have come through the stand multiple times and the baristas are always friendly. HOWEVER, the owner, Deb, is not friendly whatsoever. From fighting with customers, to making some of the worst coffee I have ever tasted, she is the rudest women you'll ever come across. She is horrible to her employees, takes their money, and forces them to come in when they have specifically stated they are unavailable for different, honest reasons. She would expect them to come in even if they were just in a car accident. This seriously isn't a joke. Deb is a vial, evil woman who doesn't follow laws (she has broke many). Check the Yelp reviews and you can see how many many other customers have said the same thing. Do not support this business.

Every time I go there I am greeted with the a smile and I get great service. Sig makes me surprise coffees every time and has never once disappointed me with it. It’s always something I love and she makes it a point to tell me exactly what’s in the drink

I was on the company's website, getting directions, and with my luck, accidently hit 1 star unknowingly. So, I had to come back after realizing my mistake, and somehow make this right. So, for anyone who may have thought that Northside Espresso had a bad experience on their hands, tha t was bad enough to only get one star from a customer, I would like to say, this is not true, and after actually going there, I could NEVER rate this company, or their staff with anything less than perfect. Absolutely a five star all around. Staff was extremely friendly, very professional, on target and was very focused on getting my coffee out to me as quickly as possible, while making sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Then, the biggest surprise of all, after I made the 1 star mistake, to my surprise, I receive a message from the owner herself, ( kaycea ) with the utmost concern for my supposed bad experience while visiting her stand, and she had every intention and was very motivated to make sure that whatever had happened, she was not going to let this unhappy customer leave the conversation without making sure that I had a change of heart, even if it meant giving me her business she worked so hard to keep and maintain an excellent place for everyone. ( or so she gave me this impression, lol. ) So, to kaycea and all her wonderful employees, I am truly sorry for my mistake, and to anyone reading, please know that this business is the total opposite of the rating I gave, if there were 10 stars, that is what I would give, and I would recommend to everyone to start every morning at Northside espresso, because if they do, the rest of their day will be extremely pleasant. Moved up here from Utah and couldn't find a coffee shop until I went to this place not only do they make decaf coffee but it was very flavorful so good got my coffee out to me pretty fast for only having 1 person working on a holiday. Thank you for the coffee was delicious will be going back for coffee soon wish I lived closer

My daughter's and I absolutely love north side espresso! Customer service is top notch and drinks are always perfect!
