Union Coffee Bar @ 4th

I tried to get some coffee today at union coffee shop and was refused service without cause. But that's ok. The service is bad, the shop is dirty, coffee is only ok. This company is anti American and biased against veterans. Don't waste your money hear.

Good coffee but I showed up seven minutes before they closed and the lady said they weren't serving coffee because she already put everything away in my opinion if you close at a certain time you stay open and serve everything until that time

Stopped by on a Sunday morning, Was informed they do not have just plain brewed coffee. Barista was nice enough when she offered me an americano. I really wanted just a cup of coffee, would have thought a coffee shop might have. Americano is not the same. Walked to burger king

Coffee is okay, no complaints there. The barista didn't ask how I was doing, didn't start a conversation with me. She completely ignored me as I waited in my car staring at my steering wheel. I am a barista at another stand, and if I didn't provide exceptional customer service I would be fired. It's not that hard to ask how someone is doing or have a little bit of small talk while they are making your coffee. I shouldn't have tipped her, but it wasn't busy so i felt obligated to. I felt unwelcome and will never return. That was disappointing.

This place is the BEST. Girls are fast and friendly with quality drinks! Worth the trip! Frequent this location specifically but consistency is there!

Normally I like their coffee here, but on April 22nd @ 2pm we met the 'two' most laziest barista's and got ripped off at the same time. They couldn't find the peanut butter flavoring for my yoguccino, had to pick another flavor (ok whatever), but they didn't fully blend it leaving huge half cube ice chunks in it. Then the two 20 oz hot mocha's we ordered were 16 oz with an inch and a half of foam (not kidding, she dumped the thermometer in one of the drinks trying to get the last drop of nothing into the cup) . . . we asked for them to actually fill the cup, they added a half an inch of cold milk to each (that's right didn't steam it) and handed them back with major attitude, so now we had lukewarm coffee and still got overcharged 16 oz drinks because the rest was still foam. There was no excuse for such crappy customer service, there wasn't any other cars in line. It'll be awhile before I try this one again!

These girls make the best lotus. My husband and I go every morning and the girls always have our order ready.
