Super good coffee! I can count on them to make an amazing drink for whatever mood I'm in. The brew itself is delicious! I like the taste of actual strong coffee, but they have really good sweet/sugary coffees as well. My favorites are the golden eagle, kicker, and just nitro cold brew. But they have a coffee for everyone; whether you like it to taste like an actual coffee or a milkshake, they can do it. And they have a very nice, energetic staff. (At least in Everett and Marysville locations) I think there's only been a couple of times that they've messed up my order, and they would always pay for it if I wasn't happy. I've even had a few instances where they'd insist on paying just because they could tell I was having a bad day.💞

The best customer service, hands down! I don't think their drinks are the best but, they are good! The Staff makes this establishment amazing!!

Dutch Bros has awesome service every time. They’re always so kind and helpful answering questions. They have a ton of vegan options, and a ton of options in general. I really enjoy coming here. The prices are also low considering the sizes are huge.

Both lines were backed up with cars for about 10 minutes and then the gal came out and took orders and it went very quickly after that. The drinks were awesome and the prices were good! 1st timer and will be back!

I'd hoped for really fantastic hot cocoa, but it was really average. Friendly staff, fast service and reasonable prices - but, average regular cocoa...

Nice caring people. Girl asked husband how's your day going. He said not so good just came from making burial arrangements for my mother-in-law. Girl gave their condolences and paid for our coffees. There was 3 of us in car. God bless her thank you. That's above and beyond service. Coffee is amazing.

They have great iced drinks. I used to work at Starbucks but would never pay full price for a drink there. The first time my boyfriend and I went here we got two 20oz drinks and a kids smoothie for less than 10 dollars total. They also have a very wide selection of sugar free drinks. If you like to try new things it would take you a lifetime to go through the whole menu.

Usually the drinks are really good here but I went twice in one weekend and both times the drinks were messed up. The girls just acted like they didn’t care. Maybe new employees…

Super smooth coffee, tasty non-boring flavor combos, and always great service. Prices are decent, which is especially handy when doing by with the whole family. If traveling, you'll appreciate that all their drive-thru locations are convenient and right where you need them.

I have never had a bad experience at the Dutch Bros in Marysville. Friendly staff, get orders out quick. Never messed up on my drinks.
