Amazing food and wine! I was just at a wine tasting and the boards were beautiful and delicious! Thanks for elevating our wine tasting with your amazing artistry and tasty food. I would definitely order these amazing boards for my next wine party!

We were going to do dinner but unable or unwilling to deal with my allergy... Cheese platter was good though

Customer service is iffy. I've had some nice staff and I've had staff who made fun of how large my drink was as if I couldn't hear them talking 🤡

We were there waiting before for 5 minutes before the cashier would help us. Then a group of 6 of her friends came in behind us and they made their drinks first. Then when confronted they lied about it. They also didn't put in the extra shots we paid for. This place sucks. Train your people on customer service if you want to succeed selling coffee in this area, there are plenty of other places to go that have it down.

I have been trying to find a go-to coffee shop for homework and I am glad I finally did! Probably my favorite place to go to have a coffee and get work done! Atmosphere is great and the customer service is great. The people working are always really attentive and happy to help!

Had a wonderful time with a friend at this beautiful place. Really enjoyed their drinks and lovely atmosphere. Definitely will recommend this to my friends and family. The parking was another great attribute because I found parking there no problem.

The last time I had coffee here it was about 3 years ago and it was a fantastic place.. I just went there today and it was dirty , worn out chairs and tables , food and used cups left on tables, you could not go upstairs .. and the pastry selection was bad and what they had looked old. Very disappointed. They did make a nice cup of hot coco for my grand - daughter.

My five star review is still detailed below, but as of July 2018, I am revising my review from five stars down to two. Why? Several reasons:
The last time my husband and I visited, the martini glasses were visibly smaller than they had been for the last couple of years that they'd been serving martinis. I'm talking probably half the size they used to be. The price was still the same - $10.00 each, which was an okay deal when they used the large glasses.
The two times we visited before that, I ordered the same sandwich - the BLTT. The first time I ordered it, there were a couple of bites of my sandwich that tasted extremely hot (not temperature hot, chili hot). I told our server and he let me know that it could have been cross contamination since one of the cooks had been working with jalapenos at the same time. This didn't bother me so much, since I love jalapenos and love hot food. I think the server did offer to make me a new sandwich, which I refused, but I would have hoped that feedback would have been taken to heart in the kitchen area.
The second time I ordered the BLTT (which was more recently), there was a definite taste of fish and I couldn't help but wonder if it was due again to cross contamination, this time with a piece of salmon (the only fish item on the menu). At that point, my husband and I had decided we were going to stick with drinks only at Ristrettos....until now.
I'm sad to say, because the atmosphere is really great, but I don't think we'll be back unless some things change for the better.
Five star review:
Their martinis are delish, and they have several new food items. Customer service seems to have improved also. They were super busy a couple Thursday nights ago, but staff were friendly. Food was coming out of the kitchen at a good pace considering there wasn't an empty table in the place. Cozy and welcoming, I will definitely be back more often!

Taking lunch meat and shredding it and calling it the "Turkey" on a Turkey Chicken Caeser Salad doesn't make the grade. They are quick at the bar to order...but always say "Will be right with you". Plus don't get the ham and cheese croissant. Its like a squished sponge in a bag.
Food is ok..average..but does the trick if you are in a hurry. Nice building and ambiance and has a lot of potential but try to hard to have a "trendy" menu but in the end they serve food that bests suites their ability to make a meal that best suites their needs and not the value of the consumer. Pannini's..etc....wraps....etc... are just trendy short cut meals.... shredded lunch meat?? They can do better than this.
Hey...they serve Coca-Cola so my review above certainly shouldn't sway you from coming here. This alone can make up for everything except the shredded lunch meat.

Easily the best coffee I've had in God knows how long, great live music on fridays and Saturdays, and with no exaggeration the best ravioli I've had in my life. Seriously, if you order anything here, get the ravioli. Its incredible
