Would have liked to try the food but after telling us it was a 15 minute wait ( waited for 30 minutes) they sat multiple people that just walked in .
Thanks for nothing

Me and one friend came here on a Saturday in September and it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence and then another 20 to be seated and brought menus. We ordered and it took 32 minutes for our food to come out. We both ordered eggs benedict. I broke into my egg and alot of water came out making my whole plate watery. They were obviously very understaffed. Would have left but we were very hungry.

Food was ok. Great wines from the area. Waitress was not very attentive. And when we went to order what we wanted from the menu such as the Lasagna she up charged us to a more expensive meal by saying they we’re out of it! We won’t be back!!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food was all really delicious and prices were good. They had a really nice variety, from breakfast to dinner options and dessert. Their coffee is also really good.

Food was fine, very fresh, nothing too exciting. Might go back to try different Italian menu in evenings on Wednesday,Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Service however was terrible, requested water to be filled, hot sauce and a couple other things, server said would bring them but never did.

The owner was trying to be a waiter. When I asked to make sure the toast wasn't burned when I ordered he must not have heard me because my food came with...you guessed it...burned toast. I called the owner over and asked for toast that isn't burned he took it to his chef's window and yelled at him for burning the toast. He said the cafe had been in his wife's family and they took over with no experience. Well it showed. Go back to fire fighting and teaching leave the resteraunt business to people who know what they're doing. Sorry. Not sorry.

Love this place! Downhome/eclectic with the opportunity for Prosecco, espresso, ice cream and wine tasting. Personable wait staff, view of the bay, and a varied choice of eats. This is not fast food as supported by the service. If you are from Seattle, however, you may find the coffee wanting.

Breakfast food only ok. Tiny portion of ham. Looked like a piece of Spam. Forgot lots of our food and mixed up orders. (4 small kids , 8 adults). Had to ask for glasses, table service, beverages, etc. Then mixed up bills. But very friendly. Did add blueberries to pancakes on request. Were not busy at the time. Wouldn't return.

Waitress seen that she was in such of hurry to take our order and be done with our table unlike the other guests that keep coming in she actually took her pressures time and great the other customers and took their order whether it was a cup of expresso she did not tell them "oh you have to actually order the expresso to the other girl, I'll just tell her to come to your table and get your order." When she realized that the barista girl was pack she end up asking me for my expresso order. After that she never came back to our table, I think she was the only waitress but either way if they know they get busy they should hire more people. Besides the bad customer service we had to wait for our food over 30 minutes.

the service is terrible here. we gave it a second chance after getting awful service the first time and it was disappointing again. 3 waitresses couldn't handle 5 tables. we were one of the five and the other four already had their food so I'm not sure what the problem was or why we waited 10 minutes to get an order in or even just to get some water. as the waitresses were no where to be seen. however, the girl did bring me teabags without any water (still trying to figure out how I was suppose to make that work). We finally just got up and left. I am a waitress and a local in Chelan and I could have handled their job by myself. it is clear that the serving staff here is inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing. here is some tips for you:
1. say hello when customers walk in, even if your busy
2. dont make them wait for water in the summer time, it's hot and they have probably been walking around
3. never wait longer than 5 minutes to ask if they are ready to order
4. closed menus generally mean the customer is ready to order
5. tea bags require water to make tea
good luck to you.
