Mountain Springs Lodge

Just returned from a three day mid-week stay at Mountain Springs. Overall a very good stay. The "family" was very accommodating. The Aspen Glow room was pretty much perfect. The only improvements would be to add a place to hold soap and shampoo in the shower and maybe a make up mirror for the females. Other than that it was a great mid-week place for a get-away.

We participated in the 9-line zip-line excursion and had fantastic guides, Jason (JBoy) and Georgia! Highly recommend this adventure. We also rode horses with Camille and had a great time.

For privacy go on the weekdays; for social interaction with a lot of other guests and kids choose the weekend! Don't forget to feed the fish!

Stopped by just for horseback riding. Jason was an amazing wrangler and gave our family a great guided ride. The horses were so well trained. Their prices were very reasonable and they were super family friendly. we'll be back for zip lines and sleigh rides!

It was my first attempt at snow mobiling and was a great experience. Tried the one hour tour. We set out on five machines with a guide. Although it took a while to get familiar with riding the machine, once I got tuned in it was a pleasure. The trails were fantastic. Our trainer Jimmy was really patient and allowed me some time to settle in and boosted my confidence after initial unsuccessful attempts. Thank you Jimmy.
Must try. The place is also beautiful when covered in snow.

My family and I had great experiences at the Mountain Springs Lodge. We went on a sleigh ride one day and then a snowmobile ride. Our guide Jimmy made it a very fun experience. I definitely recommend this place and hope to return. Thank you!

My husband and I were married here and I cannot say enough good things about Mountain Springs Lodge. Jaimi was wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Most of our guests stayed on-site and those that did loved the accommodations. The honeymoon suite was perfect. The food was excellent. The grounds are beautiful and great for pictures (even in the rain!). I am so very happy that we found this place!

We had our small, Fall wedding at Mountain Springs Lodge and everything was just perfect. The setting was breathtaking, the chef designed a custom-dinner for us that was just perfect, and the day-of coordinator, Andrea, spent so much time and attention making sure everything ran smoothly for us. We could not have imagined a more beautiful place to get married!

My wife and I enjoyed the "Breakfast Sleigh Ride" package last Christmas, which includes breakfast... But nobody told me it was going to be breakfast fit for a king! Every possible breakfast food was available at the buffet plus more like salmon and hand fried doughnuts! The breakfast buffet was better than most good sit down places! One friend said after his third trip to the food, he wasn't going on any sleigh ride while there was still food to be had. Speaking of the sleigh ride; it was incredible as well; wonderful history and the sleigh drivers were funny and friendly. All that to say we are bringing our family this year and, yes we're booking the breakfast sleigh ride! Merry Christmas!

Would definitely do it again. Super friendly staff and guides. Beautiful area. We did the sleigh ride and two hour snow mobiling ride. We had never been snowmobiling before and the two hour was perfect. You will be sore afterward—but It was awesome!! The guides jimmy and lerch were great!!

For the money we spent the entire experience was quite the let down. This was a gift to my wife, as she has always wanted to go for a sleigh ride. The potatoes and eggs at breakfast were great, the biscuits were cold and stale and the bacon was to salty to eat. The ride was suppose to begin at 10am, the sleigh didn't show up until after 10:30. While the trail we went down was beautiful, the sleigh was over crowded and the total sleigh time was maybe 15 minutes.

I talked to a few people on the ride who had been there before saying it use to be better. All in all I don't think I'll return.
