Probably best that we left before receiving our coffee. Horrible customer service. Attempted to order our go-to, which is espresso shook with ice and simple syrup, topped with a splash of whole milk. The girl replied to us, "I can’t shake it, I’m not Starbucks, hun." As if the verbiage of that sentence wasn’t already rude enough in itself, her tone and body language was just wrong. As I thought of something else, my husband decided he’ll just pass. Her reaction to him not getting anything was a laugh, as if she was actually mad that he said he’ll pass, so he took it in his power to say, "actually, we’re going to go elsewhere, thanks." He has never done that before. He always tries to give people the benefit of the doubt. That just emphasizes how blatantly rude the barista with blue hair was. We really tried to look past it and proceed with ordering but it was just too much, we understand employees of Leavenworth are stressed during this time of year, but we simply cannot proudly patronize someone who treats us like such.

Worst coffee ever!!!!! Ordered iced white choc mocha. The coffee tastes burnt and had a bitter taste. I dont know if it was the milk that was bad or the fact that there were coffe grounds in my coffee. Ended up tossing it couldnt even drink it.
