Icicle Coffee & Chocolates

If I could give this shop a 0 I would but i cant so I give it a one. first the service was bad they spent 25 minutes on a simple hot chocolate. It tasted really bad it was not worth 4 dollars for just one. It took way too long I was thinking of getting a refund for the drink. But even worse this one white girl muttered slurs under her breathe, she thought I couldn't hear but I did. She whispered to another girl calling me offense terms like the b slur and wall hopper. This tall girl was the only nice one and and was doing all the work while the other coworker was talking bad about us. Would NOT recommend

My absolutely favourite to-go coffee place in Leavenworth. The staff is super friendly. They make amazing coffees, the best to my likeliness, not too sweet, not too iced and with a very superior rich taste of coffee, the way it should be. Looking forward to my next visit.

Coffee was fresh, had a couple chocolates. Had a large selection of product. Staff was pleasant, and the atmosphere was nice.

Place is a bit hidden but the coffee is sooo good! Definitely worth the stop!

I was here on Saturday. My coffee was good but the barista with the straight red hair seemed frazzled and wasn't nice at all to her coworker with the curly hair. I felt bad for the girl with curly hair for having to work with someone like that

Coffee was great. My friends played on their giant chess board while we drank our coffees. Good atmosphere.

I had THE best caramel maachiato here this morning. Super flavorful and just the right amount of sweet and foam. The shop is kind of hidden away in a building, but decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did.
