The coffee and the food are fantastic, and the service is excellent. Why the single star? The employees aren’t masked. They’re working in a small, enclosed space with several other people. It’s dangerous for them. We won’t be back until the pandemic ends.

I stopped by this little gem a few days ago and discovered the magic that is Kelly Latte's!!! The staff is friendly and quick. The lady at the window remembered my drink of choice on the 2nd day. I have seen so many people stop by there and now I know why........... They are everything you want a coffee/smoothie/treat stand to be!!! Go see them soon😀

Always a good experience. The lines aren't long for nothing. The baristas are friendly. The menu is complete. And the prices are comparable to other Indy coffee shops in the area. Don't forget to join their loyalty program!

Best coffee stand in the area. Signature drinks are delicious and regular coffee is great as well. Highly recommend this place. Only issue it's a small lot so can get a bit busy.

Very disappointed that my daughter got a drink from them recently, and the barista hadn't secured the lid tightly, causing her drink to spill all over her car. Both times we've been there before, I noticed the drink lids weren't on tight enough so I believe my daughter when she told me about it.
She went back and requested a new beverage and the barista refused. I don't think this is very good customer service, considering their competition would gladly replace her drink, without any questions.
