Dutch Bros Coffee

Love going to Dutch Brose love all the young hit modern new drinks and how they come out and take your order on an iPad. I do not like however how they ask you if you want to leave a tip making it super awkward.

The staff are fun, joking and seem to like each other. The drinks are better in my opinion than Sbux. Sbux coffee is always bitter. Their app is fun to play along and the monthly stickers are a very nice plus. Give the gbabies things to do. They can make almost all of their drinks sugar free or as sugar free as possible

The staff is always friendly and here and care about great customer service. I've always had well made drinks. Love their menu expansions and new mobile app. The parking lot it's in can get a little dicey when it's busy, but they handle the traffic well for being where it's located.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

As someone who frequents this Dutch Bros location, I was very frustrated and disheartened with the way the closing shift workers for late Saturday night handled this situation (12/10/22). We were able to reach the Dutch Bros parking line about 10 minutes (10:50 PM) before closing and were only behind 2 cars. Now keep in mind there was no cones or signs to indicate that they were taking no customers as they usually have at least one person come out and take peoples order. But as the cars in front of us took more time than usual by chatting with the workers for a good amount of time, we thought we’d be able to order drinks as we were only 2 minutes after closing (got in line 10 minutes before so an accumulated time of 12 minutes waiting) due to waiting for the cars ahead of us taking an extremely long time. As soon as we got to the window the worker said “We’re closed that’s the last car”, we were extremely in shock as this was such negative service we never encountered from a Dutch Bros employee before (even after arriving way later during close times, they would always take our orders to accommodate us). The least they could’ve done was apologize but that was never even the case or come outside and tell us while placing a cone out in the driveway as an indicator but what can I say as this was just how the situation came to be. But nevertheless, this Dutch Bros location is great and has many great employees that I know personally but this was just a VERY DISAPPOINTING encounter this night as I drove a very long distance just to reach this Dutch Bros in time just to be flat out rejected and not even offered a simple apology. I believe these workers should be held somewhat accountable for handling this situation poorly as I am more RELUCTANT to never even come to this location EVER!

The staff always goes over and Beyond to meet your needs. Everyone's always so happy and bubbly and the music's always popping every time you pull up. The atmosphere and staff is what makes Dutch Bros Dutch Bros, and I can't forget the most delicious coffee EVA I'm a DieHard fan!

This place is always amazing and always tastes great!! Now only if they could open one in Arkansas I'd be set! Already can't wait for my next Picture Perfect!

Good coffee! Great service! Use the app you get points faster than other places.

Luckily, today no line- so we quickly got through. I ordered the peach rebel-energy drink: thirst quenching 😉
My husband got the Caramelizer that he thoroughly enjoyed.

The coffees weren't great, but the service and gals working there were amazing. Fun and lively. Talkative and humble.

Well first let's say customer service the best so nice we didn't know the drinks name and she told us the menú she took the time to help and thanks for that talks great on training and personality spot nice and will keep yall updated 👌
