After doing laundry the whole day with sunny and hot weather, I decided to go get a Mocha drink with my sister. I order 2 drinks and Christian and one of his teammates I would like to thanks you guys for taking care of your customers. Christian delivered a professional communication which I found out that my card decline. I forgot my other credit at home and I only have 5$ coins leftover from my laundry and I decided to cancel my order. Christian offer that he will pay for my drink.. I was shocked and thinking there always good hearts around. There always a helping hand, I couldn’t say much but I’m happy that Christian helps me. I would like to return the favor by giving you 100% customers service ☺️☺️☺️you deserve a promotion...... happy weekends everyone.. mahalo 🌺🌺

I go here every day when I am in the area. Jeff, Amy and their crew are the nicest people you will ever meet - and their coffee is absolutely fantastic. If you like to drink excellent coffee in a warm atmosphere - you will not be disappointed!! Locally BEST - by far!

I walked into Asensio for the first time today and placed an order. On my way out, I noticed a woman walk-in without a mask and place an order. She turned around, coughed into her hand, pulled out her card, and handed it to the mask-less cashier. I then watched that same person pick up a pen and sign her receipt. The cashier completed the transaction and then carried on as usual WITHOUT washing her hands or replacing the pen. No employees wear masks here.
Really disappointing that it appears Asensio Coffee is an anti-mask establishment that doesn't exercise covid protocols or take illness safety seriously. None of us want to wear a mask and be in this position, but it's places like Asensio that are keeping us here. I pride myself on supporting local businesses, but I draw the line when an establishment can't even exercise basic healthy and safety procedures pandemic or otherwise.
The latte I purchased was sour and flavorless so I can't even recommend the coffee.

Great little coffee shop. Very friendly to every customer and make amazing coffee. Even when they're busy, there's usually enough space. They play quiet music in the background that's not too distracting. I love coming here to study. Highly recommend :)

Great little neighborhood coffee shop. Friendly customer service. The people that own the store & their staff are just lovely. They offer pre-packed ground or while beans coffee, same kind they serve. There's snacks, a small amount of pastry items & gear.
It's the first place I've tried "white coffee" soooo good... they ruined going 2 Starbuck's 4 me.

If you’re looking for a breakfast bagel or sandwich shop with very good coffee, give this place a try. It was awesome, we will be coming back after things open up to have our breakfast bagels by the the fire!
I had a white chocolate mocha and a breakfast bagel with egg, sausage and pepper jack cheese in a jalapeño with cheese bagel. Deliciously mild-medium jalapeño flavor throughout. Perfectly cooked egg, perfectly toasted bagel and the cheese was melted just right. I found a new favorite.

Baristas are always friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service, brings order to you with love & smile. Delicious breakfast bagels & English muffins. They warm the bagel for the old fashioned way no microwave. Toaster oven is the way. Worth the wait.

The people here DO NOT wear masks while making coffee. Literally NO ONE here wears a MASK they offer hand sanitizer but you will be TREATED DIFFERENTLY if you are wearing a mask. I’ve gone here before almost 2 weeks ago and they were wearing them but it was below the nose. I understand businesses have to do what they have to do and allow people to dine in. But we are still in a pandemic and it saddens me that employees are not wearing a mask, I don’t believe this business has a sign up saying mask required or anything like that. But it is deemed clear that the public/their own safety is not a priority for them which is miss leading due to the sign they have saying “you care about coffee, we care for you “. Regardless if people are being vaccinated for you should still wear a mask.

Since day one it's been my favorite coffee shop. While it's a bit of a drive for me personally, I love supporting local business! They're always nice and personal, and I've never had a bad drink or experience.
