Honestly he picks and chooses who he likes, which doesn’t help your business. Your business of only 1 kind of girl isn’t lucrative. He had me drive him around, just to lead me on about a position and will not cash app me for wasting my gas. But karma works in the dark. Be blessed.
Loved working here as I had previous regulars from my other job willing to visit me. However not everyone was so lucky. Some women even got fired during the week of snow and ice for "slow sales". The owner Alan insinuated we use our own tips to make sales. If you don't make $125 a day at this stand (which is low traffic with insufficient signage) your shifts get taken or worse, you get fired. I say support the baristas working there. Tip well. 9 times out of 10 they're putting their own tips in just to keep their employment. Alan should be ashamed as a father of a young lady himself. He should be down right grateful to have the solid team he has. Thank you Alan for setting the lowest standard for an establishment. Under our w-4s you can not refuse to pay your employees. But you have. There's adequate proof of this. You can not threaten hard working young women into doing things they don't want to do for your benefit. You've tried long enough. Absolutely grateful I learned so much from being a barista here but absolutely grossed out that it was under Alan Tagle.
The girls are sweet, welcoming to new customers & very HOT! However if you’re wanting to work there, just keep in mind it a sales based job I worked 3 days and got cut for not making sales goals in the middle of a snow week. The owner doesn’t care about his employees and I’m still waiting to be PAID. The owner is Alan Tagle
Drive up window is at a bad angle, the sliding window opens on the wrong side. You can’t even talk to the barista when she is making your coffee. The barista did not have any change and wanted to keep my $50 for her tip. She would not give back my $50 and made me give her my coffee cup for collateral while I went to get change. Poor business!!!
Worst food and coffee. The latte tasted like warmed milk. Not sure if there was any espresso in it at all. The "breakfast sandwich" was something I'd find in the corner of a gas station. It came in a plastic bag, was microwaved and I threw it away after 1 bite.
The barista was nice but really had no idea how to make a decent espresso. I threw out my drink after only half finishing it. If you want actual coffee and food, don't go here. I have no idea how this place is still in business.
Trust me if I could give negative stars I would. This owner steals his employees tips, lies to his employees and fires them for questioning where their tips are going when they’re not getting them. He’s a liar and a thief!!! Do not spend your money here!!!

Went for the first time and the barista Zayda was so sweet and nice and made me the best Italian redbull! I will be coming by more often to see her!

The owner steals tips. I will never be a customer here knowing the lady serving me isn't getting my tip. Why not? She earned it. STOP STEALING TIPS
