Used to be great, my everyday stand, until it changed owners. Why ruin a successful stand by raising prices, pushing lotus energy drinks, putting a $4 limit on the free drinks, taking away the bonus coffee on the prepaid card, and changing virtual everything else that was good about it? I remember when the lines used to go out onto the street. Now it's almost always empty... sad...
I have had ongoing issues with this stand, and it's really unfortunate. Their coffee is great and their menu selection is out of this world, but their customer service is severely lacking. I made a complaint on Face Book messenger to the stand about two issues I had, and since then I have gotten nothing but the cold shoulder from them. They never responded to my Face Book message, even though I know they read it, and now when I go in they treat me like a second class citizen. They lost my first punch card, and since then I have asked for a new one, TWICE. Only to be left hanging at the window being ignored. They also don't give the espresso beans to me that they give to everyone else as a complimentary add on for buying coffee. I don't understand. It's ok. Bargreens, Dutch Brothers, and Gourmet Latte can have my business
My go-to coffee spot. Very friendly staff. They had my usual drink memorized by my third visit. But most importantly, they love my dog and give her lots of treats.
