Yeah I would steer clear. The establishment needs to change coffee brands, it is very weak and the staff could use some training. The name was attractive, but hopefully they find the coffee brand that makes the place sing.

Baristas are so nice here and the coffee is awesome. I get my coffee here on my way to Moses Lake instead of Quincy because Gotta Have Java has a terribly rude manager.

Stopped while passing through town and grabbed a mocha, a caramel latte, and a raspberry scone. The barista was super friendly, service was great, and the price was very reasonable.

Brewed Bliss is our #1 favorite coffee shop in Ephrata. Excellent coffee, friendly baristas, fast service, good prices. And did I mention the coffee is amazing? Hands down the best espresso in Ephrata, WA.
