I am upset at this place. I usually don't give reviews especially a bad one. But, I come to this place all the time and one of the ladies charged me $8 for a 32oz with just extra flavor, whip, light ice and Caramel drizzle. When I asked a different worker the next day about how much I was charged she said it should never be that much even if I got extra shots (which I did not) I never got a refund. Today a friend and I went there and I had a free coffee and because I had ordered max three 16oz she said I oredered a majority of 16oz instead of 32oz and said I had to make up the difference. How is 3 a majority of 10? I order 32oz most of the time so I was pissed. I will not tip her ever again and I have never seen her act that way to other customers. So I am upset since I have spent so much money there. Well I will either get my coffee else where or never tip because you should provide me great customer service for tips. And it was anything but great.

If you don't want your drink messed up, go in the morning. The afternoon barista does nothing but complain. Also, a little head's up-if your punch card is full and you turn it in for your free drink, the largest size you can get is a 24 oz. according to the afternoon barista. So confusing.

QUICK and reliable to always be made just right, jet tea at basin Street espresso is probably the best in town, for tasting amazing and being a reasonable price :)

Conveniently located no matter which direction you are traveling to though Ephrata. The drinks are good no matter what you choose and the baristas are quick and friendly.

Coffees here are good depending upon who makes them. Staff is super friendly
