Normally, AMAZING! Recently, today specifically the three drinks we got where very terrible. We’ll be taking a break for a while, hopefully employees get trained up soon!

Waited for half an hour while she talked to the person in front of us. Just for her to help someone else who had just barely pulled up. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Not worth the wait.

I have a great experience here unlike some reviews state. I use a card and have never had any problems. Love how they operate and love the drinks. Would recommend

Quick service, but I’ve had a stomach ache all day since drinking one of their mochas. I also know three other people who have been feeling sick since they’ve had their coffee.

Our favorite place to get French toast lattes. Always great service with a smile.

I got an iced white coffee mocha and it was really watered down. I've gotten iced coffee all over town and I've never had one that had been that watered down. Should have tried it before I left and maybe they would have remade it for me?

A bit more expensive than I am used to but it was quick, clean and great tasting coffee. I am not local to the area but I can see this place as the amazing addition to the small town feel that it is! Kudos, Ellensburg, kudos.

Barista was rude, did not listen to order. I ordered white mocha and she made a regular . When I mentioned it she got snotty. Will not go back!

Overpriced, unfriendly, but coffee shake very good, hoping to have better experience next time, last chance! Cost more than Starbucks,!
