Woods Coffee

Recently, I spent some time at the Woods Coffee, Edmonds, store at 22019 Hwy 99. I got my drink fairly quickly and the serving staff were pleasant and well mannered. HOWEVER, while I sat and enjoyed my beverage I observed the actions of the Supervisors. Unfortunately, I was close enough to hear their conversation about their Staff and to observe their interactions.
I've held many supervisory positions from being in charge of 5-200 employees. The Woods Coffee Supervisors were NOT professional, in the least. I could hear them talking disparagingly and insultingly about their staff AND to their staff. If I had been an employee, I would have told them off and left them hanging with the work.
If I had been THEIR SUPERVISOR conducting a no-notice, secret inspection - I WOULD HAVE FIRED THEM ON THE SPOT!!
If Woods Coffee is going to portray itself as a Christian following organization then WOODS COFFEE had best send clandestine and unannounced Inspectors to ALL of their stores to ensure their supervisors are doing their job in a Christian Loving & Understanding & Teaching attitude. You want to catch all your Employees doing GOOD. Reinforce with positive motivating supervision and your employees will always do their best. Treat folks (employees & customers) how YOU want to be treated; and, how Jesus taught us to Love'em All And Let God Sort'em Out.

Great Chia, more flavorful than competitors. Staff always pleasant.

This place rocks. The staff is great and the drinks are always amazing. I love the breakfast items too I mean come on why would I go back to Starbucks when I can support a local company that does a better job. This is clearly a well run store. keep it up!

I love getting bagel bites, a cookie, and Blueberry spinach smoothies pretty regularly here. They're so nice and lovely every time. The Smoothie I got today was especially good for whatever reason and I appreciate it! ❤️

I love the coffee here, when they get my order right. Half the times I go through I have to double check that my drink was made correctly before driving off because they frequently forget the syrup or oat milk in my drinks. Other than that, the coffee is great!

My first time at a Woods Coffee, I got an iced coffee and breakfast burrito, both were excellent and the staff was very friendly. One strange thing is that the drive thru doesn't have a full menu posted and it doesn't have prices posted either.

Came here on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! Great coffee and so many good food options. Everything tasted amazing. The store was also clean and there were plenty of seating options.

Nice atmosphere. Like it better than the Starbucks across the street!

Woods is an up-n-coming coffee chain with super smooth coffee, great service, and a few coffee drinks that I haven't ever seen before. I highly recommend getting a drink card there too, one of the few chains the still offer them. They have a large indoor dining area which is pretty nice, but it's kinda loud with the concrete floors and open ceiling. They have tables and bar stools, so it's a great place to relax and study/work with a laptop, but you'll wanna to bring your earbuds/headphones if you need quiet. Oh, and they have a good drive thru which you enter from the back-right corner of the building, AND MAKE SURE YOU DRIVE COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to enter the line. :D

I don’t understand the high ratings, at all. The vibes are cool inside, the merch is cute but the lattes are terrible. I got a white chocolate mocha and my husband got a caramel macchiato, both were gross. I love sweet frilly coffee drinks but these were so sickeningly sweet. You couldn’t taste coffee in either drink. My white chocolate mocha tasted like a gas station machine French vanilla “cappuccino”. I had such high hopes but was ultimately very disappointed. Nasty
