Discovered Walnut Street an hour before closing on a Sunday. Atmosphere feels a bit spartan... indy without quirky personality... but it's bright, has decent seating, and doesn't feel corporate. Very limited food selection, but there is food and I enjoyed it. Went WAY overboard on my "little bit of cream" in my iced American, but they had heavy cream, nailed the ever-important "extra" ice ratio, and the espresso wasn't bitter. Quick and friendly service. Art of the walls. Clearly serving a community that appreciates it because it was close to full at an odd time, and the clientele doesn't resist sharing the larger tables. I'd definitely go back. Not my neighborhood and wouldn't be my first thought, but if I'm in Edmonds again and Google "espresso near me," I'll pick it over the corporate juggernauts. This is the kind of cafe you want to see develop a strong character and succeed.

This place is in my top 5, I just wish it has more seating.

So good! I don't have a lot to say other than their coffee is amazing and everyone there is super friendly. The vibe is very relaxed and it's a great place to start a walk in Edmonds.

Great coffee! It's not usually too busy.

The best coffee in Seattle is not in Seattle. Also, their baristas are very well trained and they pull the smoothest shots if you enjoy your espresso straight instead of covered in sugar flavoring.

Hands down the best coffee shop in the Edmonds area. Friendliest staff, yummiest coffee, and the perfect atmosphere (and they carry Mighty O donuts which is a plus). I have been going here for at least 6 years and haven't found anything better!

I absolutely love this Coffee Joint. It puts Starbucks to shame. Their food is amazing and their drinks are phenomenal. The staff is always friendly and nothing beats sitting down on a beautiful day with the garage door/side of the building open. Great place to meet up with friends and relax

Not a fan of their coffee at all, no real Covid protocols seem to be in place other than people can’t sit there. All the food is in the refrigerator that anyone can touch and go through that is only being covered by saran wrap...Doesn’t seem like a very good way to protect your customers from multiple people touching the same food. Staff seems a little cold.

Great coffee, and the place is always busy. Edmonds has a few coffee shops, but Walnut Street definitely stands out as one of the best. It can be a little difficult to find seating so it's not the best to grab a drink and do work, but great if you just want caffeine while you wander downtown.
