BEST coffee cake I have ever tasted. The icing was absolute perfection (not overly sweet 😋).

The gluten-free strawberry cheesecake sweet rolls are *very* gluten-free textured which I don’t mind at all but my kids said were a bit like frosting on cardboard. 😂 Kids!

Wasn’t enough to take a star off our rating though, because that coffee cake alone earns at least 10 stars. 🤤 Can’t wait to try the blackberry huckle bar and the bacon cheese & basil savory pastry we bought for the road.

Owner (or whoever was running the farmers market stand) was super sweet and the girl running the coffee shop (where we went immediately for seconds!) was very helpful and friendly. Adorable hip atmosphere in the shop too. Very Instagrammable. 😍

So glad to have found this place. We’ve stopped at DOZENS of bakeries in the PNW and this one takes the cake. 😘

This place was excellent. We were so excited I forgot to take pictures unfortunately, but it is decorated super cute for the holidays. We got there right when they opened at 8 AM so they did not have their pastries out, but the barista was very helpful explaining everything they had. We ordered a plain latte (biggest gripe is that their 20oz lattes only come with 2 shots standard) a white chocolate mocha, a gingerbread cinnamon roll, a gingerbread blondie bar, a gluten free peppermint whoopie pie, a cranberry white chocolate scone and a bacon and spinach roll (which was like a savory cinnamon roll). Our very favorite pastries were the bacon spinach roll (so crunchy, and had a ton of filling jammed in with crispy cheese on top). And the gingerbread blondie bar, oh my gosh was that thing good.
The coffee was really good too, even though it was on the weak side (our own fault - we told us it was two shots we just didn't think to ask for more - but next time definitely).
He also made us three pup cups, one with an extra bone on it for our Birthday girl flower. (Again, forgot to take pictures - ugh.) We absolutely will be back as it is the first decent bakery we have been to in the area. (Excluding out in Seabrook).
They do not allow doggo's inside, but they have a walk up window that they use in the summer.

Yay! What a freaking gem this place is!

My family LOVES the pastries from Brass Hub!
Our first taste was the Ameretti cookies and they are amazing. Ever since then we try to buy one of everything! Our other favorites are the cinnacups, strawberry cheesecake sweet rolls (my husband says it tastes like a strawberry milk shake in a roll form!) 😅 and the scones!
I am not gluten intolerant but I adore that they offer it for my gluten sensitive friends. ❤

I've been lucky enough to catch them at the farmers market on Sundays to get my family some goodies. Hands-down great local pastries with amazing smiley owners. ☺

This is my favorite place. The atmosphere, the people, the coffee, AND the gluten free baked goods are heavenly. Krissi and Janet are the sweetest and always have the best energy. Elijah makes THE BEST gf baked goods I've ever had.

Lovely café! They have gluten free options for baked goods and milk alternatives. Chrissy (not sure how to spell it) was really nice and made me a delicious latte.

Amazing, affordable, BIPOC-woman owned, local cafe serving super tasty pastries made in house. The owner has years of experience in the business and doesn’t mess around when it comes to tasty vittles and the full lineup of coffee shop drinks. Very glad I stopped in on my way through town.

Wow, really good coffee, lots of non-coffee options, and really stellar and unique pastries and baked goods. I will definitely be back. What a cool spot! "Hidden gem" as they say. The staff were really nice as well! Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free as well as meat friendly options.

Dropped in on a rainy Sunday to pick up a delicious caramel breve, white chocolate cookie sandwich, and ham brioche! Friendly service and nice layout.

Starbucks may be ruined for me forever. My coffee was perfect and the pumpkin scone was the best I've ever had! The owner was warm and personable. These are good people who care about providing quality products and excellent service.
