I'm from out of town, but I go here anytime I'm in the valley. I love my drink. 😊

Love love live kenzies! Everything is so delicious. And their service is 2nd to none.

Gave them ANOTHER chance and they can't follow simple directions ever. What a waste of money.....we'll stick to Cafe LaTay's next time.
If I wanted them to choose my drink and how they would like to make it not how I asked for it I would have said so.

They can’t do large orders and are extremely rude if you show up and ask for one. I wasn’t aware that I needed to call in a large drink order before coming in and the girls treated me horribly for it. They were both VERY rude and didn’t bother labeling any of my drinks so I didn’t know what any of them were. Two of the girls I was ordering for ordered the same drink, but one had decaf coffee and we weren’t sure which was which since neither were labeled or if they even bothered to make one decaf which is kind of a big deal! I understand not being happy about the job you’re asked to do, but you should still do a good job. I’m a paying customer with a large order, you think they would appreciate the business. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Decent coffee, definitely my go to when I'm in town. Customer service is hit and miss. There are a couple really great gals, but the rest never smile and don't interact with me when we stop.

Great service. Even if there's a wait or a line keeping you from your beverage. Always friendly, and the drinks are consistent and delicious. 😊
And they have a great customer loyalty/punch card program.
What more could you ask for?

Good drinks and friendly service during the Week but extremely slow as molasses on Weekends and some Weekdays. Unfortunately, had to change my daily espresso shop because of inconsistent preparation times.

Very courteous and fast service, Monique and Lydia were very attentive and friendly. My grandson asked what flavor was pink and Monique knew right away, strawberry. He was very pleased. Thank you ladies

Word of advise on customer service; don't be rude to your paying customers! If something is not right and they are not satisfied... then fix it! Don't make them feel bad for not "ordering correctly"! Not once out of the hundreds of times I've been getting drinks at Kenzie's have I been treated so rudely. Even Starbucks has better customer service!

I really like Kenzie's Koffee. However, I have found it is not the best place to go if you are in a time crunch. Being the 3rd car in line, it took 22 minutes to get my drink. Even when there is only 1 car at each window, it seems to take a while to get your drink. That being said, I do love their coffee and the staff is always super friendly and fun.
