Avenue Espresso

ZERO STARS!!!
One of the worst coffee experiences my husband and I have had!
Firstly, 30 minutes of a wait time for coffee is absolutely atrocious, with no apology.
Secondly, the two baristas were very rude, had and attitude for the entire experience, and exhibited poor customer service skills.
Thirdly(and most importantly), our coffee drinks were disappointing. My iced white chocolate Americano was all ice, even though I specifically asked for them to be light on the ice. My husband's vanilla granita tasted watered down and was not even a real granita because the machine was broke(also no apology for that).
Fourth, the business itself is poorly run and fails to back their own product. The fact that they have a sign that states if the customers drink is not to the customers satisfaction that they will be charged to remake it, is an insult to the customer. Also note that Starbucks, Dutch bros, and Seattle's best will all remake the drink until the customer is satisfied with no EXTRA CHARGE.
Fifth, any business that has to charge extra for whip cream and for blending a drink will bit last for very long. It simply proves they have cheap product and a flawed business.

WILL NOT RETURN

Avenue has been my go to for coffee since I moved to Lewis County! The baristas are always amazing and my coffee is always perfect no matter who makes it🤍

What a great coffee espresso stand the ladies work in the counter we're polite and friendly always smiling the coffee was amazing not to mention that price can beat out any of the coffee stands in the area so putting together helpful friendly staff great tasting coffee at a coffee stand and prices that will make you want to drive to any of their multiple locations instead of hitting the Big Chain coffee stores I would rate this a six-star if I had the opportunity but Google is limited to a mere five star rating thanks again Avenue

The ladies at Avenue are amazing and make great coffee. Sometimes they have your order ready before you get to the window.

Love my ave girls to death always a great cup of Joe or a red bull either way great drinks great people !!!!

We sat behind a truck for 15 minutes, and considering they didn't interact up until they got their coffee, so I'm guessing they had sat there a while before too. I was just fed up and left, going to another (not going to say the name) coffee stand and got out in 3 minutes.

Its always hit and miss. Theres once in a while i get a girl that makes it delicious but why cant anyone else do that? Dont they get that good drinks =repeat customers???
