Black Rock Coffee Bar

The coffee was good, but girl, you just came from outside taking garbage out… I was waiting that she will wash her hands! Nope, she made my coffee and closed the lid;(. I had to drink the coffee opened. It seems very basic, but they need to be taught all this stuff and then actually do it. I hate that the service is very poor and I still paid $8 (with tips) for my coffee.

Went for my child's birthday drink. Thankfully the line wasn't long and the service was fast. It was a very fun experience and one of the main reasons why black rock remains as my preferred coffee source.

Always a great place for most of your coffee to go needs. Good coffee plus good customer service.

I've been here twice and been very happy with the service I've received! Friendly, helpful and efficient! I plan on going back, and I'm very picky about my coffee! I taste the flavor of the coffee without simply tasting sugar! (I don't like DB or Starbucks for this reason)

Also, I went on my birthday and received a free coffee: any size, any flavor! Very good for their business!

This review is specifically for dine-in.
The service is always very friendly. The baristas are happy to explain the drink options and give recommendations.
The decor is minimal and uninspired, but there are multiple seating options and the layout is good, so I have no real complaints here.
The coffee itself is also good. So why a two-star overall review? The flies. This location has a serious fly problem, where any table will constantly have several flies buzzing around and landing on you. Multiple times I've walked in, ordered coffee, sat down, then pretty soon just decided to walk out and finish my drink at home instead, because the flies spoil the experience.
If they are able to fix their fly problem, my rating would be much more positive.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches! Great mochas and service! First time visit while vacationing to see my grandson. Gets you up and going in the morning!

Usually really good coffee but you should update your business hours. It says your open at 9, I just tried going just passed 7 here and it's closed.

Coffee was too sweet for me but everything else was great

Been here many times and always end up with a smile on my face! Great coffee and friendly staff get me to stop in everytime I'm in the area!

Don't pull dt just to serve others while my drinks just needed bleeding. 20 min in dt should have been 5 tops
