Never returning! The lady who helped my husband was extremely rude to him because she made a mistake with our order. Read that again… she made the mistake…and then was rude. He ordered iced coffee and she brought him hot. He politely told her it was supposed to be iced. She took the coffee back and told him he’d have to wait until she made other customers coffee before she fixed it. Of course he sat and waited and said nothing. When she returned she gave him two iced coffees that looked extremely watered down like she made the expresso shots with beans that had already been brewed. He just took them and drove off to avoid any further issues. This is what he brought me that went straight into the garbage. I wanted to bring it back but he didn’t want to make a big fuss. Picture below is supposed to be a 4 shot expresso black iced.

There is a card fee that is not posted and the barista Hannah is not pleasant at all. She does not pay attention to customer orders and just makes what she wants to make.

I wanted my bf to try an espresso mocha shake. I told him they (usually) make the best, but knowing in the back of my mind there's a couple of gals that don't make them as well as the others. The good shakes are thick. Well, we got a mocha chocolate milk"as I call them. Drank it down in 2 minutes flat. When we had asked the gal if she could make them thicker she said " the coffee is hot and melted it to that consistency!" 🙄
All the other gals at all the other coffee stands can do it. I Won't be returning. Tired of the "hit and miss" for a pricey good shake that I'm purchasing for 6 or 7 dollars for a "chocolate milk"...

Awful service. Wasn’t greeted at all when they opened the window. Got our order, gave her a 20 dollar bill and told her to keep the change (total was $15) and all we got was mmkay. She was also training someone, that is not a way to train someone to treat people! I’ve been a barista for 5 years and I get that customer service is hard but it’s people who are rude to their customers as well that don’t help. Hopefully they can get some better service soon.

And the puppuccino keeps my 4 legged baby happy! He is just as addicted to his treat as we are to ours!

Clueless. Get ready to be VERY specific about what you want. Also, they think that 175 degrees is OK to serve. Scalded milk and me. took days to recover. I asked what temp she thought she was serving at and she said 150 and I must like it at 140? Obviously they have not been trained, calibrated or have any idea what their temps are.
Too bad, it is close and would have been easy to recommend if they performed as expected these days. Lost in the mix again

If they touched a dog then served your drink, I think you will be okay.. Your drink is in a cup and with a lid more than likely with maybe a straw. If your concerned don't take the drink tell the barista to wash her hands before serving you. Speak up if you have an issue. I believe this is the best coffee stand in Skagit, one improvement that could be made would be. New espresso machine at location at bobs, seems to burn the shots, which is causing inconsistentcy with coffee drinks. Not the baristas fault, new equipment is needed. All in all customer service is outstanding
