As a barista of 6 years, I was appalled when my scalding hot drink, a requested 130 degree kid temp, received an eye roll (?) when I asked for a few ice cubes to cool it and, “I can’t make it cooler” as a reply.
The manager standing in the back, didn’t have a response either. Interesting... i thought this was a customer service industry?! It was when I slang espresso. Back to Wood’s coffee, For now.

Same great service as usual. Spark drinks are a little over priced for me

Got a hot chocolate here the other morning and the cup reeked of strong perfume. It was so bad I couldn't drink it. Set it in my cup holder thinking the smell would dissapate after a while... Nope! I ended up pouring it in a different cup. Tasted fine once in a different cup. Probably won't go back

Always always always amazing coffee and food, the girls always listen to the whole order, they always chat with you, and are never rude! They never have to ask what you want because they remember you, even months later, its amazing ❤❤❤ 100/10 jasmine your Burlington girls rock!

This place usually has great service. However, on Sunday afternoon, we didn't get the correct drinks we ordered, and she forgot to punch our card. Too busy to turn around and get the order corrected. Disappointed in the money we spent.

Let me tell you about my experience.... Along with a story of the last two years...
I've been going to Diedrich Espresso religiously for YEARS. About two years ago I was living in Conway, and that's where I started my addiction, to both the coffee and the amazing ladies who work at these stands. The very first lady I remember meeting was Whitney, and oh my she's wonderful. When I moved from Conway to Sedro Woolley, my in town trips would include stopping by the Burlington Location every once and a while, and mostly I would still stop in at the Conway location. Last summer I moved to Mount Vernon, and talked my boyfriend into getting coffee when I'd take him to work at 5am a couple days a week. Whitney was the opener, and She has a FANTASTIC memory! By the 3rd visit she had our whole breakfast morning routine down. (And she still had my drink memorized nearly a year later when I stopped in on a weekend less than a month ago!) Fantastic customer connections, I always felt listened to, which is important to me.
Moved back to Sedro Woolley in the late fall and got a job in town, so I started going to more local to Sedro stands. I regret this. I don't like negative comments, but I never got customer service that made me want to tip, but my coffee was decent. Then I got extremely poor service nearly every time I went, so I decided to take that extra drive to go back to a stand I've been actually treated like a person at... All the way back to Burlington I went, and it was the best choice I made!
My Monday though Friday morning coffee is made by a fantastic lady who treats me like a friggin' person! She remembers our drinks every time, even when we think we might want to change it up. She talks with us, and laughs with us, she makes my day better. Amber is a freaking coffee Guru, Amber is positively the most awesome person I've ever made an effort to see at least once a week. Have you ever left a coffee stand, with liquid happiness, and laughing so hard you're nearly crying and you have to stop and breath a minute before you start driving? Because I have.
Another question, how many coffee stands do you pass in the morning? Have you ever thought about that? I have. And I've counted. On any given day, on my way to see Amber, I pass about 13 coffee stands. 13!! Customer loyalty is a real thing, I need a huge shout out to Amber, thanks for making days special and I'll see you soon guurrrlll!!!! Xx

Had a delicious pot o gold march special today. Was super yummy. Convenient location off the burlington freeway round-about. Friendly service.

Just went here with my boyfriend and kid, got two quad drinks and as the girl looks over I see the coffee was burnt , no flavor and she made an americano when I said breve and then she didn’t even remake it she just added cream to the water. Tipped her too all to just throw our drinks in the trash.

Coffee is always good but the last time I went there one of the baristas was cussing like a sailor. I normally wouldn't care about the unprofessionalism but I had my child in the car with me .

Easy to get into and out of on a busy road. Friendly barista and good coffee!
