Dutch Bros Coffee

Do not recommend if you have sound sensitivities, social anxiety, or a restricted diet, but it's probably fine if you're none of those things. Do not bring autistic friends, ever. Expect mandatory smalltalk, I'm fairly sure there is a quota about "engagement". Their music plays audibly along the entire drivethrough area, and you will be listening to it unless you're willing to overpower it with something else.

I ordered a cold irish cream breve and hot golden eagle. Show up to the window, pay, tip $3 when prompted, raise my voice to be audible over the music. He leans halfway out the window and tries to ask about my day and I am handed one cold unsweetened, unflavored drink with milk. He says he had forgotten to ring up the second beverage, i hand him my card again, he hands me a second, identical unflavored unsweetened cold drink with milk and asks how i am doing. I admit i'm a bit overwhelmed and start trying to talk about the coffee, and he apologizes and tries to hand me three straws, I take two, he asks if I need a different fourth straw. Throughout, i have to repeat myself several times any time i am actually trying to discuss the coffee, possibly he's having trouble hearing me over the music, or maybe he's struggling to follow a script? He eventually realizes we have been given the wrong order and offers to fix it, but my friend and i agree we would rather leave than spend any more time here struggling to communicate.

We left, poured out the unsweetened coffee on the ground, and went to the shack down the road instead. The other place got our order right first try.

The coffee is fine, a little sweet for my taste, but if you want a Dutch Brothers, you get a Dutch Brothers. Drive thru right now is quite a bit quicker than walking in. There is seating outside, but the road is very busy, so it's not very relaxing.

They always keep the line moving, even when I pull up on a busy Sunday with both lines filled almost to the road I’m in and out of the drive thru in 10 minutes, and the team is always super kind! Even when they’re super busy they always offer to make my dog her own whipped cream treat too.

My family loves going to Dutch Bros as a treat. I get any of their drinks iced and the kids get a not so hot with dark chocolate and whipped cream. They are friendly and ordering goes quick because they will come out to take orders and payment if there's a line.

Drinks were fine but while waiting in the drive through the girl taking orders stopped to talk with someone she knew, another girl had to come out and took 6 cars orders while that other one was still talking at that one car. I understand seeing friends but when the other worker got 6 cars before she even stopped talking to her friend is ridiculous

Spectacular service, crazy huge menu, and delicious drinks. The only downside is the lines because of how good this place is.

I love dutch bros but everytime I come to this stand my drink is messed up. First few times I thought it might be a mistake but it's an every time thing now. Today I got my son a not so hot hot chocolate and it was so hot i couldn't hold the cup. Definitely will be going to port orchard instead

Amazing customer service! The line is long but absolutely worth it for superior customer service and a high quality of coffee! I don't normally review but I want to give a shout out to Taylor who is a barista, I visited this location a few weeks ago in an extremely bad mood, he greeted me like an old friend, listened me while about my day, and genuinely cared about me as a person. 100% recommend even if you aren't a coffee drinker

Great prices, played great music, great customer service!! Would recommend that they put up outdoor menus and speaker to order while in the line. While it was nice having face to face customer service in the drive thru line, it takes up way too much time. Also, the puppachinos are AMAZING!! But i would put them in a wider and shorter bowl, my dog couldn't get to the bottom of the cup on his own. But overall the experience, price, and taste was phenomenally amazing!!!

I don't go to coffeehouses and had no knowledge of Dutch Bros Coffee. I only drink French Market coffee, because its a blend of chicory and dark coffee beans. I like coffee that you absolutely cannot look through and the favor is not lose if you use coffee creamers. My son friend said she cannot function without having coffee first thing in the morning. Hence Dutch Bros Coffee, so I ordered an Americano and it was the best coffee and I would recommend it if asked where can I get some good coffee.
