Cruisin Coffee Bakerview

I go and order this same thing everytime. I love the coffee they make but, the price changes everyday. It either go's up two dollars or down two dollars, plus they are now charging for pup cups when I just went there yesterday with the same people working. It they can not stay consistent with the price of things and giving pup cups away for free again I will consider going back. At this point and time I will no longer be supporting them. Everytime I've tried to contact corporate they rub me off and never do what they say they will do. Bunch of lying people who does not follow through.

I ordered my usual and when I drove away I noticed that there was no red Bull in the drink. Just a plain Italian soda. Super sweet with too much syrup.

We visited for the first time today and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered a latte, an apple cider, and a bagel with cream cheese. Service was fast. The latte with soy milk was excellent. Not many food options for vegetarians, the hot apple cider tasted like the powdered variety rather than fresh, and the bagel looked and tasted like it came from a grocery store variety instead of a bagel store, but it's a fast and convenient option.

Had a breakfast croissant, hold the cheese, with oat milk vanilla latte, both were very good.

I visit several times a week and hey are always friendly, courteous and very accommodating.

Customer service is a fail. Consistency is a fail. I won't waste my money here anymore. Obviously my five dollars isn't going to hurt, but if that's how you do business then you'll always be the jack in the box of coffee. Just my two cents.
