I stumbled across this shop while making a quick stop in the mall. I have hopes to open my own coffee shop one day so a) I always try to support local and b) I always am curious how these smaller shops do things. I really loved the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and quick. My coffee was good (I got an iced coffee). I would go back for sure! My only complaint was just the size of the space was kind of tight for the popularity.

Management is terrible here for many reasons:
1. Will overwork employees to the point of them passing out but don't care
2. Will schedule new employees by themselves with little training, making them work 6+hrs with no breaks (WHICH IS ILLEGAL BTW)
3. Will underpay employees of color
4. Actively make it a hostile environment for non-straight people, making it very hard for employees to feel comfortable being open about their identities.
5. Don't pay attention to resumes and promote people with very little experience and no bar training over people who actually have experience.
I hope these managers either get replaced or get worked to the bone like they work their employees. I'm never coming here again and I'll be making sure none of my friends ever come here.

OVER PRICED
Went in there with my family and got 3 small drinks and paid $15
3 small drinks should cost not more than $10 even in the most expensive places. This is just disgusting.
