The staff are really nice and the atmosphere is kinda cool, but the coffee was kind of disappointing for the price.
I paid $5.84 for the tiniest glass of vietnamese coffee. Normally, I wouldn't get something like this other than from an actual bahn mi place, but they're called Third Culture Coffee. It was so strange - watered down by ice yet still harsh. That's why you sweeten Viet coffee with condensed milk but mine was stuck to the sides of the glass because they put it in with ice while my coffee was steeping. The presentation was a bit gimmicky but it seemed good for an insta pic.
Also, the packaging on their house blend says absolutely nothing about the tasting notes, the countries they sourced from, or when it was roasted. It doesn't indicate whether it's a blend or single origin or anything on the label. Very unusual and it gave me an off vibe.
For a normal drink you'd find anywhere else, I think they'd be fine. It's better just to get a regular latte or coffee, which is a shame considering the name.

cortado is okay. Foam layer and coffee layer are too separate though. Drip coffee is too light and it’s too expensive for its flavor. 3 star for its coffee. Leaving others to rate for other aspects

Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and tidy. But the coffee is limited, and the menue is confusing.

Pretty, chill space with local art and a swing. Reasonably decent food, but the coffee I got was surprisingly poor. Pricey even for Bellevue, such a pity as I really wanted to like this Cafe.

Beautiful cafe, with a very welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with easy street parking. The beverages and service are top shelf. Go check it out

Lovely cortado and great ambience

This place is always pretty crowded but in my experience the coffee was pretty terrible. No amount of condensed milk can mask the gross overwhelming acidic coffee. Neither my husband nor I could finish our respective orders. IMHO this place benefits from its superb downtown location but lacks substance, especially given their price point.

Good coffee but terrible mask compliance by the baristas. Both had their masks down while making coffee, serving coffee, serving food, and taking orders.

The place is nice and everyone is friendly. Their coffee is good and well prepared, but not my personal favorite. Prices are on the higher end. I really wish they had lattes bigger than 12oz!

Love their chai! It's not too sweet, which i like, but if you're used to chai from India, which I've had, you will probably think it's not sweet enough.
