Mercurys Coffee Co.

I desperately wanted to love Mercury's Coffee Co. but unfortunately I had a pretty miserable go it. The decor, extreme busyness, and plethora of baked goods makes for a exciting environment. Understand that it is very loud with people talking over the music. If you are out for a coffee and this might be a good place.

I was recommended to try the cinnamon bun and a pour-over coffee (a more expensive option but I was assured The taste would be worth it.) I picked up the cinnamon bun and headed to a table and waited. Then I waited more.eventually I got so bored I went back up and watched everyone if you're the coffee that had finished. They were so slammed that Dove baristas had literally no time to think as they were just pumping out drinks. I kept trying to interrupt to grab my coffee as it was literally within reach, see the photo above, but felt too guilty to go through with it.

I finally managed to get somebody's attention and ask for my 20 minute coffee. As you can imagine, it was at best, luke warm. No consideration was given nor did I want to risk another 30 minute wait for a cup of coffee.

If you're looking for a traditional coffee house atmosphere this isn't the place.

Decent coffee, but I wasn't especially impressed. Big selection of good looking pastries that look to be baked on the premises. I tried the almond croissant, which was disappointing. It was huge but filled with way too much almond paste.(3 tablespoons?)
Black white red and chrome decor makes it feel like a nightclub. Loud pop music adds to the nightclub ambiance and disturbs any sense of serenity you may be seeking.

They have beer taps and a long bar counter so I guess the nightclub feel is intentional.

Good coffee and food. Can be crowded at times. Good place to work if working at coffee shops is your thing. Plenty outside seating. Staff is nice too!

Friendly staff and delicious food (sausage, egg, and Beecher's sandwich). The atmosphere is nice, but it's pretty loud with all the hard surfaces and open design (warehouse style layout).

Customers keep parking in the pick up /curbside parking and eating inside.

Please designate some parking for delivery drivers and enforce more strictly if possible please.

Hands down, best coffee shop within a 100 mile radius! There has never been a time that we skip coming here. The coffee is amazing as well as the food. The baristas are very professional and so friendly that they give the place a very relaxed and enjoyable vibe. Do yourself a favor and make the time to visit and enjoy!

Coffee is tasty and I love the fact that they use high quality milk. The place is spacious and clean as well. Love this coffee shop.

Very cool coffee spot with lots of lovely pastries made in-house to enjoy with your coffee. Find a seat first....busy!

Very popular location. The line was very long. The staff were very busy serving people too.

I had a cup of nitro cold brew, which was delicious.

However, I see a fly crawling among their breads and pastries on the countertop...perhaps they should cover them properly.

Lively coffee shop with great breakfast and lunch options. Coffee beverages are great – a step above Starbucks, and they have beer on draft and in the can. I always think of Mercurys coffee based off of the one other location I’ve been to before today - a small location inside of Haggen grocery store in Woodinville, but this Bellevue location is much, much grander and has much more variety of food. Impressed. Will be back.
