Open Door Café

This is like no restaurant I have encountered before. Patrons pay a recommended price if they can. If you don't have the money, you can pay whatever you can OR volunteer to work for an hour. The restaurant also works within the community to have meal tokens distributed to the needy to "pay" for a meal. Food comes from local farmers and volunteers staff the restaurant. Each day has a different meal and they even have a vegetarian option. Everyone was SO friendly and the food was tasty and plentiful. I wish every community could have a restaurant like this.

Absolutely amazing staff!!!!We stopped after they closed and they still took a moment and helped us find somewhere to eat.

Lots of fun tonight with My Lutheran Church. The mashed pototoes were very dry & The Meatloaf had no taste what so ever & was over cooked. JC try adding some dry mustard & garlic to the meat loaf & Salt & Pepper & some soy sauce.

Highly recommend. Great food, great service, wonderful people. Not only do you get a tasty meal but you help the community and people in need by purchasing from this restaurant. The food really is the best in Wyth/ Pulaski area.

Sooo very nice... And the food is awesome. Everybody should go and try them out. You won't be disappointed. We all should really support them in any way we can. Great cafe that has continued to be a huge asset to the community! Chef Jennifer is absolutely amazing! Her dishes are exquisite and the service is great!

Most of the time the food here is great. My only complaints is the lack of food & things they give you. They barely give u enough to fill ur plate, and not even close to enough ranch to cover your salad. Sad.

They had awesome food and it's a wonderful place to stop in for $8 a plate including drinks and dessert can't wait to do it

One of the best places I've ever been to eat. The hospitality and the way they treat their customers is awesome.

This warm inviting place welcome me when I had nothing. It was a blessing by far and i am so very thankful. If ur ever in the area you should stop in even to just say hello the people are here are so Beautiful and Blessed .
