Really great place and a nice alternative to Starbucks or even Gas Station Coffees. The "Bro-mantic" was tasty and not too sweet, while the Chocolate covered espresso beans were so good I came back and got a whole bag!

Absolutely loved the coffee that I got and my kids LOVED their smoothies. The staff was so nice and friendly. I really like that it's just a little drive through. I appreciate a smaller menu and quality products.

In the last year they have changed either their beans or dairy products because the expresso drinks don't taste the same as they used to.

Stumbled across Bro Bears while traveling on I-81 in Winchester, VA. I ordered the Nutty Bro-Fessor which is Macadamia Nut, Chocolate and SIX Shots!! Possibly the best coffee I have ever had…. Plus our dogs loved the Bro-Pup Treats!! This is a much better option than DD or Starbucks!! Support Local!!

I stopped here on my way through Virginia from PA, which I would rather stop here than Starbucks. Love the drive-thru and walk-up window. Staff were friendly and excellent service. By the way, the Kodiak hit the spot! If I didn’t live two and half hours away from Winchester, this would be a frequent stop for me.

My husband just tried to order via the walk-up window and was completely snubbed! I dont know if they were backed up or anything but the people inside saw that he was there and ignored until he gave up after seven minutes! Im incredibly sad and dissappointed on his behalf. Imagine trekking home after a long night at work hoping for a little perk-up and getting completely ignored by your favorite little coffee hideaway.
Usually their service is top notch, which makes this incident all the more disappointing...
EDIT:
Husband says there were only 2 cars in the drive thru line. So absolutely NO excuse to ignore him for 7 minutes! Even a quick "Hey, we'll be right with you" or " Sorry, machine is acting up so it might take a while" or SOMETHING would have been nice but no! Nada! Zip! Nothing! That's so rude!
